The wrong items were sent to me, and get this in order for me to correct their mistake I have to go to the store to order the correct size which isn't even available at their location. Their policy is that no orders can be placed over the phone even when it is their mistake. I physically have to go to the store to return the product and order the correct product only to be delivered to my address. How is it 2019 and a store like this operates with policies that are not focused on customer service. Likely will never shop here again, it took three trips to get the right products.

When the item was cancelled due to out of stock, they didn't credit me the money back. It was a $20.00 gift, I purchased another item also $2.24. They should have reimbursed me for $7.76. So I should have gotten $17.76 back. Has anyone else have this issue?
