"A-OK" I liked this store, it had a nice mix of selections and designers and was organized in a way that wasn't too overly done, but made sense. The staff was extremely helpful (one of them) or mediocre & preoccupied (the other). I stopped in before a work related dinner as I arrived to town early and had already had some Starbucks, and I was glad I did. I walked away with 3 new tops which I'm thoroughly enjoying. Minus one star for size selection - they carry all 3 "regular" sizes (S/M/L) but she told me more than once that "they usually only send one in that size" and that people often ask for those sizes... so... order more? And minus one more star for price - there were no promotions or sales other than the weird colors from last season, and the products were overpriced compared to what you can get them for online. I liked the ability to try them on, but more than once I hinted I would purchase two more items if I could get a price break somewhere and it was essentially ignored. Their loss! read more

I needed and I mean NEEDED a couple of masks and had heard that Ciao Bella might be getting some. I spoke with the owner Sheila, and she was so nice and so helpful. First of all, she GAVE me 2 disposable masks for free and a few to my friend too. She said she was expecting an order and sure enough, by 1 pm she called me and went ahead and sent me photos of the stash of masks she had obtained for sale. I drove down to the store and when I got there, she was so nice and calm even though she had been inundated with orders for these mask and had sold over 70 in just one hour. I will be faithful to this shop when things re-open because she is faithful to the community. Plus, her store window has adorable clothes and I have shopped there before. Cute, fairly priced clothes, and a lot of unique beach inspired goods. Thank you Sheila. The masks you were able to get for us are so appreciated, and it doesn't hurt that they are durable and cute to boot! read more

The only reason why I would go there is because of the Alex and Ani bracelets. Though their clothes are not my style, I appreciate their sales associate being very helpful and enthusiatic. A young lady took her time showing my mother and me the Alex and Ani line. If you are in your late teens/early 20's, you probably have luck finding a cute outfit there. read more

I could buy everything in this store. Everything is right on trend and very affordable - which makes it hard to walk out without buying something! The store is adorable, well decorated, and if you need jewelry and other accessories? This is your one stop shop. read more

Ciao Bella is one of the few spots on the coast line that offers trendy and affordable fashion for young women. The items offered ranged from small gifts to light outerwear. I liked that they also had some long sleeve shirts with Madison and Guilford written on the back. The store itself was cute but I expected it to look a little more upscale. I was ok with the pricing because it is similar to what I have paid for in other boutiques for this type of clothing. I visited during labor day weekend and much of the fall clothes were still expected to arrive and a lot of the summer clothes were on sale. I didn't find so many things to fall in love with. As for the staff, I didn't get acknowledged when I walked in and it wasn't until I asked how something was supposed to fit that they talked to me. I guess they only talk to you if you seem like you're going to buy something. read more

This store is off the chart. I am from NYC so you really have to be good to get my attention! The apparel in the store was amazing and the prices get 5 stars. I bought so many things! The staff should be called "stylists" because they helped me style the cutest outfits that I normally would not have put together. They were extremely nice. On top of it they helped me accessorize from head to toe! Every single time I go back to Madison Ct I will absolutely go back to this store. If you live there all the time- I am jealous!!!!! I would be shopping there every week!! Thank you Ciao Bella for a great experience!! read more

Nice clothing but salespeople were completely rude and unwelcoming! Will not return to this store again!

Great local boutique with current fashions at reasonable prices. Great for last minute gifts, or a last minute need something fresh in my wardrobe! Staff is super helpful, funny & friendly. Love the experience every time! read more

I'm from Boston MA and Ciao Bella was recommended to me. I will NEVER set foot into this store again. First of all, I overheard them talking about a customer, which is extremely unprofessional. Second, the Alex and Ani display had no prices and the employees told me that Alex and Ani don't allow prices on their merchandise. I shop in Boston at the Alex and Ani store and ALL of the items have prices on them. I frequently shop at high end stores and the employees are much friendlier and professional. Who do they think they are...Gucci? Last but not least, there is a small written sign on the door stating "No Food or Drink" which not only customers could miss but I noticed all the employees had iced coffees, water and a bowl of chocolate's can you say "hypocritical." The employees were so snotty and rude, I will never go back there again nor will I recommend it to anyone. Get a life. read more

This store is right on trend and has cute clothes. The staff is very welcoming and willing to help you find the right outfit for whatever occasion. I only wish that this store was more size inclusive. The largest size they carry is a large (from what I've found), and if you are curvy or busty, it is frustrating to find something that fits. I have bought some amazing pants here, though, and encourage others to check it out! They even carry some cute throw pillows and purses. read more

I purchased a pair of pants from here that I had an issue with. They were very responsive and helpful and offered excellent customer service. read more

I used to love this store. Now everything is extremely over priced and the staff is snotty. Clothing is cute but id rather spend my money elsewhere. read more

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Very disappointed! I tried on a dress and there was an issue with the strap so they told me they would get that fixed the next day. I left my name and number. They said they would call me the next day. Several days past, no call. I went to the store to see what was up to find out they had SOLD MY DRESS AT A TRUNK SHOW! Wth!!?!? I was under the impression they would fix it and call me so I could come back and buy it! Nope. Instead they took it and sold it! Very very angry and upset. I ended up going to Asiye's across the street and they were one million times more helpful and friendly! IF YOU NEED A DRESS GO TO ASIYE'S!!! I will never rely on Caio Bella ever again! Do not trust them on being a reliable business. read more

Honestly this business is very overrated. The staff members are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Countless times I have been in there and not received a greeting and likewise I have not been given a receipt for my purchases. The workers are rude and condescending to their customers and overall their customer service is terrible. read more
