What I gave 2 stars for is customer service. Literally every time I walk in I have to be the first one to say "hello" and greet the person behind the counter. Shouldn't I be the one who is greeted?! I go into Swish a few times a month just to look around, and buy gifts (usually the jewelry) for friends. I have had a gift card for there since Christmas, however because I am not even acknowledged when I walk in I refuse to use it. Which is too bad, because when I went in today there were a few items I wanted! Fingers crossed for next time....

Some of the prices seem a little high as well, but the clothing is always in excellent condition and prices will drop after a month if something is still available. I have noticed that there are items that are also readily available in TJ Maxx or Marshalls (like RBX leggings), and even some H&M, which is a bit disappointing when the store claims to be "Fine Consignment."
