I really love going to vintage shops. It's so interesting to look at items from many decades ago…read more When I heard about Tova's Vintage Shop, I had to go check it out. The store it's self is adorable. If you're looking for a formal dress for prom or a dance, or a themed event, this is the place to go for sure. There are so many beautiful formal dresses here, black tie dresses, big skirt dresses, and even casual cotton dresses. There are dresses for infants and little girls. Everything is in pristine shape and looking beautiful. The prices range, of course depending on if it's designer or not. There's a whole selection of sparkly accessories, most of these items are oversized for my preference. There are lots of home items, I saw ice skates from the 1920s, lots of cool dishes with the Kennedys on them. This store is basically a museum where you can touch everything and purchase what you like for a very decent cost. I don't have a purpose for most of these items, so I didn't get anything. If you like vintage items, you'll love browsing through Tova's. I encourage you to stop by.

My love for finding cute little vintage and antique shops while traveling grows when the towns that…read moreI am in get cuter and cuter. So, naturally, when in Greenport, I was basically on an all day high. Walking up and down the main street, there are a few little (and big) vintage and antique shops, but The Times Vintage was by far the coolest. It literally feels like you are stepping back in time a few decades (photos uploaded for proof). There's a section in the back that feels like a movie set from the 50s, except you can touch and shop. Ideal dream store basically. I almost immediately found a bag I loved and I am very rarely as decisive as I was when I proudly declared that I would be getting it. Perfect summer staple that I've been on the hunt for for awhile. I'm so happy I found it second hand! I can finally delete the Banana Republic and Jcrew versions I've had saved. They have everything from records to clothes to houseware, all very well curated and decently priced. Very much worth a visit.

This spot was a bit out of the way for me however the town is so nice we made a day trip of exploring the north fork. Being a fan of Ricky Teevees designs, this was a must go! This place is huge, the layout is fabulous. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was rather busy. The displays of everything are perfect & the space feels very lived in. Price wise this spot is up there however it's real vintage stuff. I didn't need any help however the staff seemed nice and played some good music :)

I've yet to see if my items will sell, but I'm glad I have this new shop to work with. The owner, Corina, is, apparently, there most days, is friendly, and seems very engaged with her shop & customers. She has a fair process to sell your items & explained it all in detail. The shop itself is full of a variety of items, set up organized. Everyday wear, Formal wear, shoes, accessories, jewelry, and a nice selection of baby/children's clothing in very good condition. I'd shop here as well as consign. I look forward to working with her. Check it out!

A thousand stars!…read more My friend and I made the mistake of arriving just under two hours before they closed. I wish we had given ourselves more time, because you need it here! We started by visiting the bird and reptile sanctuary, which was both really sad but also really nice. The folks working there were friendly and informative. We also enjoyed visiting the goats outside. The book geodesic dome is very cool, and the tchotcke camper was fun to poke around in. Very sad we didn't have time for the Christmas airstream. Inside there is a case, which was closed by the time we got to it. Another reason we should have arrived earlier. It's next to an old books room, which I loved. I just want to sit in there and read. The mounted stuffed animal heads were a nice touch. The lower level also has a huge amount of stuff, but it's super well organized. I wish, when I was young and moved into my first apartment, I could have gone to a place like this to get all of my home furnishing and kitchen things. Upstairs is more like a traditional thrift store with clothes, shoes, bags, jewelry, etc. Everything here is so inexpensive!! I bought five books, two shirts, a pair of earrings, and two greeting cards for $24. I would have bought waaaaaay more stuff if I had time to browse longer and more thoroughly. The only other warning I have aside from the amount of time this place needs in order to fully experience it is that it is rather dusty inside. When I go back--and I will--I will take an allergy pill or wear a mask. Can't recommend this amazing and unique place enough!

We knew we'd love it just from the aesthetic driving in. The gate is awesome along with signs and it just feels welcoming! There is a terrific selection of thrifted items from clothing, books, toys, housewares, cds, vinyl, and even bikes outside! The two cats warmly greeted me as well as all the front end workers. I didn't know it but the clothing was all 25% off and the prices are great to begin with. As the wonderful front end person told us their pricing is better than the local chain stores! I got 2 pairs of pants, 2 hoodies, and 4 fun graphic tshirts all for just $26! We loved the book center and goats, turtles and fish pond that are free to admire! The cafe is also awesome! I loved my warm chocolate chip cookie. My husband enjoyed his iced coffee, cinnamon roll and cheesecake brownie. You could spend a day here and I really recommend you do. There's something for everyone! 5 stars!

You wouldn't think they sell coffee here from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. It was giving super cute modern coastal vibes! So fitting for the beach town. You can tell the owners truly care to find high-quality, unique pieces. I picked up an embroidered top and told my friend that I thought it was cute. One of the ladies working overheard me and rushed to the back to find the cutest, vintage embroidered jacket for me. If only it had fit me and was not $245. They told us that all the prices could be negotiated, even the clothes that were already discounted. The ladies working here really made this place special. If you are looking for something, they will help you find it. They also told us that they are putting new items on the floor every day. There was also a large assortment of designer pieces, such as Chanel and Louis Vuitton. This store is definitely more catered toward people that can afford to live/vacation in the Hamptons, not a college student who happened to wander in. But if that's you, this place is a must-go.
