I mean, it doesn't really strike me as any different than the Brooks Brothers stores you see in ordinary malls and shopping centers. It's certainly nice, and there were a fair amount of items on sale, but no more so than any other store. It also wasn't particulary big or extraordinary with regards to selection. I did walk away with two nice pairs of pants, and a nice sweater for $115, which is undoubtedly an excellent deal. The woman who worked there was very nice - I had to leave and come back, and she was willing to hold my items for a few hours before purchasing. I also used a combination of a gift card and a coupon, which really reduced my out-of-pocket expense considerably. I had a good experience here, but next time, I'll just go down the street to Westfarms Mall...

In the mean time my mask slipped a bit under my nose and she was very fast to let me know to fix that. Found everything I needed on my own and she was just as pleasant at the register when I walked up with almost 200 worth of items, this woman clearly does not have an ounce of customer service skills whatsoever and may consider a job that does not involve the public! She was alone in the store 11/17/20 at opening as I was there at approximately 10:30 am! Tried to do survey but website would not let me so I resorted to Yelp! Only reason for two stars instead of one was the pricing of my items!

Inside you'll find costume jewelry as well as fine jewelry, purses, mostly by Valentino. There are designer sunglasses and shoes. There's some home items like candles and blankets, everything else is clothing, for men, women and a small section for kids. I felt like this store is a bit of an outcast compared to the rest of the outlet stores. It is always empty, the prices aren't very sale like. The Saks of 5th in Farmington has much better sales and more merchandise than the Clinton store. This is probably why it's so clean and full of merchandise, because no one is there to make a mess!
