What's the problem, well as a 6-1 man I am pretty tall but I cannot see over the top part so have been misjudging the front and banging into all the shelves. I tried stooping down but it's not any better. So a design flaw. Much better than the old carts if I had one thing to say about it. Cashier was in such a hurry she missed the security tag on jacket we bought. I looked at the jacket outside after we thought we set off the alarm but didn't see any. But found it when we got home, many miles away. So back to the stairs to get it taken off.
