Francesca's is a women's store. They sell trendy seasonal sweaters, dresses and accessories. At the rear of the store is where you'll find the summer clearance. These items can be as low as $5.00. Many of the items I saw were and are cheaper at my regular old navy at my local mall. I didn't go in expecting to come out with piles of clothes on the cheap, but seeing '50% off' signs gave me a little hope that there would at least be some deals. But alas, it wasn't to be.
