The store smelled and appeared clean. the owner welcome me in and then let me shop- no hounding or frequent inquiries. We stopped into Mystic Knotworks, and even though it was closing time, they took the time to custom make one specifically for him. Not only did they make his dream bracelet fit perfectly, but they did it with humor, smiles, and the kind of kindness that you just don't forget. They could have easily sent us on our way since they were closing, but instead they made the experience so much fun and truly special.
