Almost all store outlet employees look imprisoned or held hostage, no one is happy, no hospitality, what in the world is this place? Hell on earth is like it. We enjoyed our trip. We just went to checkout the casino and ended up shopping. There were many sales due to the approaching holidays. Happy to find parking is free. I liked the setup, and the variety of stores but I didn't really see any deals. Sure, you a lot of the places are/were offering '30-50% off' but if you mark the prices up ahead of time '30-50% off' basically amounts to regular price or really only 10-15% off. I probably checked out about a dozen stores and either the deals weren't that great or the quality of the item seemed sub-par. At the very minimum its still a nice place to walk around without dealing with smoke and that's climate controlled. But if you're looking to score a deal this may not be the place for you. read more

The Polo store in this location is awful. I walked in there today, May 30th to look for a T-shirt for my sister plus I was looking for some clothes for me as well. I found a Polo bear T-shirt that I knew my sister would love. I called to ask her her size and as I was turning around I saw an employee with a black polo shirt on with a pink horse..I said excuse me Sir and he kept walking and completely ignored me so I went to the register if they had it in a large. He had to end up coming back to go look for it. Of course he went to the back and didn't find the shirt. Then I was asking about the 25% off tees sign that was right next to the shirt that I picked out and they were like no those aren't on sale. The lady behind the register said I don't know why that sign is still there. So they did not want to honor the price and have lazy employees with grumpy attitudes. It's disappointing to see this under utilized Mall here! Walking around and very little foot traffic or activity! No matter how many times I have been here since it's been open, it's really a waste of space. They have name brand stores yet it's a ghost town. How can these employees survive tucked away in a casino. Seems it's a limited amount of patrons that come here to shop. Tanger Outlets, located within the Foxwoods Casino is mostly underground and accessed only from inside the building. There are parking signs for the outlet directing you to one of several (no charge) parking structures on site. No worries if you miss a sign or the garage is full, you can get there from any entrance. Once inside the casino building, follow overhead signs to the outlets. We usually visit on week days and find many of the shops are closed so if you are looking for a particular shop check the website and call ahead. Besides the usual outlet shops like Nike or MK, there is ice cream and a HRC Rock Shop. The mall is over three levels that zig zag on top of one another. That is; walk in one direction, take the escalator down, walk the opposite way, repeat. There is also an elevator available. They have tried to keep the atmosphere bright with light colors and plants as well as skylights where possible. There are a couple of places to sit. One end enters near the casino, the other end seems to be a conference center(?). In any event, we usually walk through the outlet and back again the way we came. (Getting our steps in.) During the week it's usially not too busy in there. During our last visit there was a big dance competition happening in the ball rooms and traffic on those outlet escalators backed up a bit. This is a good indoor outlet mall alternative to the usual outdoor venues. read more

This is my first time at foxwoods and I think the layout is very strange but I think they did what they could. We went into a bunch of stores and it was super fun because there are so many stores We went to just browse around. It is very lengthy as someone who walked it five times back and forth. I would definitely say it is a walk which is fun. There are so many different types of stores like candy and shoes and clothing stores. We went into under armor and they had a great deal going on where the summer clothes were 75% off. There are also lots of things like escape rooms and smash rooms and arts and crafts. So it's not just clothes and miscellaneous things. read more

Nice mall attached to a casino. Called the Tanger Outlets, but "outlet" is a term thrown around loosely these days - it's a mall. While I didn't go inside every store, the ones I did were normal store prices and layouts. Nonetheless, it's a nice, well spaced, clean mall and surely worth a stroll. It's a nice walk and a few floors overall, though if you want to walk the entire mall and be back to where you came from, you need to completely reverse course. All the norms for "outlets" are here as well as some name brands, some pricier than others. There is plenty of variety and easily worth it even if you're just looking. There's too many stores to list here, but you can find a directory online. There's a few eateries here as well if you don't want to eat at anything at Foxwoods. Parking is free and you don't even need to go to the casino at all to visit the mall. It was a nice little break from the Foxwoods part and it would be a good stand alone mall of itself. If I come to the area again, I'd surely visit. read more

I absolutely adore Tanger Outlets. It's the main reason I come to Foxwoods. An indoor, clean and nicely designed outlet mall?? Attached to the casino?? What more could you want? It's a pretty big space, there's 3 floors but the 1st is really just a few places to grab a quick bite and a huge H&M. There's something here for everyone, there's high end stores and then there's Forever 21. Lots of seating too to rest in between shopping haha. There's some great little spots to grab something quick to eat. I personally love the Kate Spade and Torrid outlets. I always find something in each one. Parking is super easy, there's lots everywhere you just have to follow the signs. Foxwoods is huge but if you just read carefully you can get to the outlets in no time. read more

One of my favorite places honestly. It's so dangerous how close I live to the outlets. While on maternity leave my husband and I came here many times to shop, eat, or even just walk around. The different levels are kind of confusing but there are maps everywhere to figure out where you are. We signed up for the tanger card for like $10, which pays for a life time membership. You get discounts at different stores and all discounts are preloaded to the card. One thing I really wanted to mention was the nursing room. On the second level they have a nursing room across from the normal bathrooms and next to the family bathroom. It is so cute in this little room. They have a nice rocking chair and cute little pictures of baby animals on the wall. There is also a changing table (the usual one you would see in a public bathroom but so clean!). They also have a sink as well. My son was only about a month old when we would come here so he had to eat frequently and it was nice to have a quiet private place. read more

As Tanger Outlet malls go, this one is ....well.....like a Tanger Outlet mall, with a few exceptions. First of all, this is an indoor mall. It has just two entrances -one at the Fox Tower Casino and one at the Grand Pequot Tower Casino. That's right, if you want to go shopping, you must enter the complex from one of the casinos and walk past the beckoning call of the flashing lights and clattering of the coins. The mall is basically a one level horseshoe shaped behemoth between the two casinos. It's set up pretty much as a straight shot, with no spokes or alcoves, which I loved because I get lost in these places quite often, and the design minimizes my opportunity to lose my way. It has about 130 stores and eating establishments, and because of its newness, not everthing is open yet. We got some shoes at Famous Footware, some baby clothes, and some kitchen stuff. They did a real nice job arranging the traffic flow from Route 2 into a parking garage, and the signage to get you into the mall was very easy to follow. One thing I noticed was the ton of security present -keeping an eye on the mall and at the common areas near the casinos. Was the mall nice? Yes it was. Was it compellingly different from the other Tangers we've visited? Unless you consider the unique location.... well no. Since we aren't casino folks, will we ever return? Well, maybe if we'd rather be Tangering indoors rather than outdoors between December and March. read more

Closet cravings are endless....it's just too tempting to walk into an outlet mall without a set agenda coz then you'll end up with everything... And that's wat happened last week ....With name brands and best values ... the temptation is irresistible.... Esp. With special deals and extra discounts for Mother's Day(going on till the 8th). Your shopping trip is made into a shopping getaway... So true at this location...ingenious combining shopping with a floor for gambling. The only thing lacking is some decent food joints. The have Jonny rockets, Panda Express(Chinese fast food), some pizza place and popcorn. I wish there was more. read more

Came here today with my mother after shopping around. We were completely ignored by the staff and had to crawl around looking for shoes. When another family came in ( a white family ) the staff ran to help them. I was so upset they wouldn't even help us so we left. You have to walk the length of ten football fields to get from one end to the other I almost rented a scooter. Did some speed shopping here, this place was packed with shoppers on all of the multilevel outlets, including the food court and concessions. Recently stood at Foxwoods to attend the Dave Chappelle show. It was easy to bump into these outlets since its attached to the hotel. There's a bunch of stores here. I was so surprised by how many. We visited the following stores: Nike, the Weed Dispensary, Bath and Body, Forever 21, Oldnavy and a couple of others. The stores were okay. Forever 21 was the best, it was sooooo neat and bright and had a pretty nice inventory of items. Nike didn't have much deals on sneakers and anything that was really cheap wasn't NICE. They had a few nice outfits, still not really cheap. Bath and Body didnt have any cheaper pricing then what's in regular stores or online. OldNavy had some pretty decent sales. I feel like alot of stores usual do, at least the larger locations so this store wasn't any different then the rest. The weed dispensary was nice to see. The owner had edibles and oils as well. The gummys we ended up purchasing did NOT taste good. It was the sour apple flavor and i couldn't swallow it. The oil we purchased was blueberry flavored, very good. Wasn't a high THC content but my family member said it worked perfectly and helped them tko immediately after two pulls. The outlet was really clean. Everything was organized. Alot of stores are empty now. I guess COVID did a number on them. Makes sense though, alot of companies are struggling right now. The AC was flowing. The also have a food court which i did visit. I ate at Johnny Rockets. I also stopped at Starbucks. Overall i recommend the outlets IF your in the area. I mean, why not? It was a good little stroll. read more

We went in late March and drive from Newport, RI. East drive, great shops. The Tanger Outlets I have been to in the past have been all outside, this one is INSIDE, and it's a game changer. So quiet, all of the store we went in were well kept and friendly. If we are back in town we will definitely stop by again! read more

Disgusting! From the urine smelling parking garage, to the confusing signs meant to get you lost in Foxwoods STAY AWAY. Big fan of these outlets, and it's dangerous (and convenient) that they're located in Foxwoods. They have a great variety of stores and restaurants, for kids and adults. My favorite stores, and some of the best deals in my opinion, are at Kate Spade, American Eagle and Banana Republic Factory. The Kate Spade store is always having a sale. A lot of times I have walked in and items have been up to 75% off. I never by things from this brand at full price anymore because I always come here if there is something I'm interested in. The American Eagle outlet is kind of large and overwhelming because things aren't always super organized, but both the times I've been here, the whole store was 75% off. So it's worth the chaos if you find a few things that work for you. The Banana Republic Factory outlet is always having some sort of deals, and is always super neat and organized. Personally, I never walk away from there empty handed. Last year, my boyfriend found an incredibly stunning navy suit for $90 in perfect condition. I've also been really impressed with their Under Armour and Nike outlets for both shoes and workout clothes. Tanger also has a Crocs outlet, which kind of makes me laugh every time I see it. I definitely think the J. Crew outlet could use some work. It's pretty bland inside and always dead when I go in. They're never having exciting sales, and it's kind of just like walking into a regular store. Also, they have the only Panda Express in the area other than the one off the highway in New Haven. So if you're a fan of Panda, just combine it with your love of shopping. Overall, great outlets with great food and shopping outlets. The best part is, the whole thing is indoors so you can enjoy it throughout the winter. Fair warning, the place gets CRAZY around the holidays. read more

I have never seen outlet stores inside of a casino so I was very happy about this. On our second day staying at the casino we decided to do some shopping. At first I was a bit iffy since I figured that since the stores had to pay the high rent to be at the casino they weren't going to have good deals. Well let me tell you I was wrong. All the stores had sales and good prices just like any other regular outlet center. I enjoyed my usual stores Banana Republic, Coach, Aerie and Charlotte Russe This is a great plus because it gives you something else to do while visiting the casino. read more

What a great touch to add to Foxwoods, perfect idea and perfect location. Even if you're not going to Foxwoods the drive to Tanger Outlets is so worth it. It's not small but not huge it has enough stores though making it fun and inexpensive. These outlets are priced to an amount any bargain shopper would enjoy. It's never crowded it's always fast paced so you aren't worried about walking behind very slow people. The stores are very spaced out where you aren't fighting people to get into a store. They all stores all the time. It always has a lot of food selections , snack selections and a candy store. I really so enjoy this clean outlet mall. Also free parking! You park your car with valet at Foxwoods for free and make your way to the outlet, or you can park your park yourself in the lots. And Foxwoods always gets me so I shop and gamble. Nice addition to Foxwoods. The stores are a good mix, good layout and the prices are not bad, as far as outlet stores go. Though once you get started at one end, you need to trek to the other end to escape the maze of stores. Would be nice to sprinkle a few snack or drink shops along the way, instead of at either end. Can park in the garage and walk right into the outlet section, though once you have walked to the other end, its a long walk back through either the casino or outlets. Would be nice if they offered a shuttle, but I guess that defeats the trick of making you go through the casino again to lose your few dollars left. read more

Pros: There are a lot of great stores. Tanger does a great job at keeping the mall clean and well maintained. The mall management staff is always kind and knowledgable. The Tanger Club lifetime membership is well worth the one time charge of $10 if you are a frequent Tanger shopper, because it's good at any Tanger Outlet. The tote bag I got for spending the first $200 in the mall is worth the $10 membership alone. They are always trying to improve upon the customer experience. Extended hours 9am-9pm Sun thru Thurs 9am-11pm Fri and Sat. Cons: Not enough options for plus size people. Parking is not close by. No matter which way you go to the mall you have to go thru the casino so it's not very family friendly. Having an outdoor entrance that takes you directly into the mall would be wonderful and would probably bring more customers into the mall. Overall I enjoy shopping here because Tanger is always looking to improve the customer experience and there are some great stores. read more

I'm not really a big fan of outlet malls - they're far away, crowded and the really good deals are rare. However, since I was staying at Foxwoods for work and it was too cold to go outside, I felt like it was worth a look around. You know, for the exercise. Well, two purses, a wallet and some jewelry (all at Kate Spade) later, my credit card had a really good workout! This isn't a huge outlet, but there are a decent selection of stores including the aforementioned Kate Spade, J Crew, H&M, and a lot of sporty brands such as Nike, Under Armour, Columbia and Merrell. I almost bought a pair of hiking shoes for my upcoming trip to Peru, but glad I decided against it because my carryon bag was bursting at the seams from the other stuff I bought. Just get a Lululemon outlet and I will first in line for every business trip out here! read more

The Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods are really nice, and I hope it survives! I often worry that Foxwoods expands things so fast and they may not have the foot traffic for it! That being said, I love these outlets. I shopped here over the summer, and again right before Christmas. Calvin Klein, H&M, Columbia Sports, Old Navy, Brooks Brothers, Lucky Brands, Coach, Its Sugar, and more are just some of the stores and brands you can get here. The prices are very good. I know they are outlets, but I can't find any blemishes in the products I have bought. Its also a great connector between The Fox Tower and the Grand Pequot Tower; much better than the original connection that is small, narrow, and not well thought out. If you are at Foxwoods and you don't want to gamble, this is a great place to shop or window shop. read more

Meh, what can you say about a mediocre mall stuck inside of an indoor smoking lot - aka the Foxwoods Casino. It was ok. The shops were fine, but didn't offer very much variety. If you want to do some quick shopping while your partner is knee deep in debt, then come here to escape, otherwise, find something else to do with your time. read more

Foxwoods was seriously missing an outlet mall, so I was pleased when Tanger finally opened. It seems like the wait had been forever! There's still a bunch of stores left to open, but I've already done some good shopping at H&M and Samsonite, and I think there's an Old Navy outlet as well. Useful shops (for me) so I'm happy. The only thing I really despise about this place is how long it takes off of the highway to get here! But, these outlets are the only reason I walk into Foxwoods, so they've succeeded if that was the goal! I love that they have almost every store I could want here...Guess, Calvin Klein, Michael Kor's (with clothes and not just purses like the one in Clinton), Coach, Armani Exchange, Lucky Brand, Wilson's Leather - which has sooooo much more than leather and has some AMAZING deals on clearance coats, the list goes on and on. The mall is clean and there's not much to complain about. You have to just start at the top or bottom entrance and just walk to the end, go up or down to the next level, then do it again til you get to the third and final level where you get dumped back out into the casino again. Now, what would it take for me to give a fifth star? Just a Ralph Lauren outlet so that my fiancé would be happy, otherwise we will have to continue to go to Clinton for him to go to his favorite store. read more

I've had a gift card to Tanger Outlets for about a year now and have had no success with using it at this location. I know I'm pretty picky when it comes to shopping but most of the individual stores rarely update their inventory. JCrew is one of my favorite brands and I spend one minute maximum in the store here because the options never change. Worst part of this place: the layout is terrible. Once you make your way through all the stores, you have to walk all the way back to where you entered to leave - so annoying. If it's your first time here, good luck navigating this place. The design of the mall is a bit confusing but not a deal breaker, they have ample multilevel free parking. Though I wish they had more choice for quality food joints. Visited the newest Tanger Outlet yesterday. Parking is free and in the attached parking garage. For a Saturday morning the mall was quite empty. You do have to walk by a small section of the smoking area slots so hold your breath if you're so inclined. There were similar stores to,all the other outlets, but unlike Wrentham Outlets there really are no Flagship stores like Bloomingdales or Off Saks. Also it is all enclosed, as opposed to the outdoors style of Tilton Outlets. Nonetheless, great deals were had especially at Clarks, $21 for a pair of men's Bostonian dress shoes. Two Kate Spade bags (nylon) for $75!! I bought the last 2 I would have bought 10 if they had them. Unless you go to the food court in the casino area food choices are limited to Pinkberry, Cinnabon and Johnny Rockets. One thing I noticed was I wasn't able to check in at any of the stores. The locations did not show up when checking in or it said I was too far away to check in. I'll definitely be back a few times before Christmas, but I may stop at Mystic Pizza on the way home for lunch. read more
