Visited the newest Tanger Outlet yesterday. Parking is free and in the attached parking garage. For a Saturday morning the mall was quite empty. You do have to walk by a small section of the smoking area slots so hold your breath if you're so inclined. There were similar stores to,all the other outlets, but unlike Wrentham Outlets there really are no Flagship stores like Bloomingdales or Off Saks. Also it is all enclosed, as opposed to the outdoors style of Tilton Outlets. Nonetheless, great deals were had especially at Clarks, $21 for a pair of men's Bostonian dress shoes. Two Kate Spade bags (nylon) for $75!! I bought the last 2 I would have bought 10 if they had them. Unless you go to the food court in the casino area food choices are limited to Pinkberry, Cinnabon and Johnny Rockets. One thing I noticed was I wasn't able to check in at any of the stores. The locations did not show up when checking in or it said I was too far away to check in. I'll definitely be back a few times before Christmas, but I may stop at Mystic Pizza on the way home for lunch. read more

I'm not a huge fan after 1 visit. I don't like the layout at all. It's just like one long hallway with half the stores empty. It's a bit disorientating walking around as there's only one way up or down. The selection really isn't much different than the Crystal Mall. Being there kinda made me depressed but I got some good deals on kids clothes at J. Crew. And what's with the cigarette smoke? There are plenty of "no smoking" signs everywhere but it just reeks like an ashtray & I didn't see 1 person smoking. Stores are so-so & I found most of the clerks very helpful. I just don't see any reason to go back unless I was held captive at Foxwoods & that's not gonna happen. read more

This mall is an indoor mall, which is inside the Foxwoods casino. Has over 80 stores (h&m, old navy, tommy, forever21, hagger, gap, Gymboree, sunglasses hut, etc.). They have stores selling clothes - perfume- accessories - footware - kitchen stuffs, I loved the selection of stores here. Suitable to shop for your entire family. They have a couple of food joints too which is really helpful while your shopping. They also have a couple of couches where you can rest. Rain or shine you can simply enjoy shopping at this mall. Weekends they are open till 11pm. read more

Never going back again, and I ask my friend and my family not to go too. This is the worst shopping experience and vacation in my life. I went to Kate spade, and asked one of the sale associate to get me a new one of bag from the back, and she said that's all we having is at out side, and then later on another sale associate bring another same one out, so..... I don't know she being lazy or what. I stopped by another store, I forgot which one because it has been a while. I made this trip last year August 2015. I have Tanger Outlet membership card and it had some cash which from the reward, and it can use at any store as a gift card which tangle mall told me when I open the membership card. When I check out at at that store they told me they don't accept it and they not willing to call to the mall center find out how to process it. ( I am very sure I can use it because I used it at same store with another Tangler outlet in Maryland before) Before I am going home I stopped by the Tangler Mall customer service desk to asked them put all the receipts in my membership account. I talked to a black women, she had no customer service at all with mad face. I asked her to check the point balance, and she refused to check it, and told me go to the main office. I asked her why, she said I have to go without explaining any reasons. I told her can you call to the main office ask how to do it if you don't know how? She started not being patient and keep telling me "bye , bye, and go away". This is ridiculous, even I spend 1 $ dollar at Walmart I can get a better service!!!!! I feeling sad for this beautiful mall that they hired so many unprofessional people to make this mall looks cheap and ugly. Maybe that's the reason why mall is so quiet, you nearly see no people walk at the hallway in the weekdays. At the weekend is a little more people but still not as more as like other malls. read more

I really liked the selection of stores at this outlet center and the fact that it was enclosed, especially because we went on a chilly day. There is ample parking in the parking garage which was great seeing we went the weekend after Thanksgiving and it is always difficult to find parking at the Clinton or Westbrook outlet centers. My Dad, who is not a fan of shopping, also came with us to the outlets and was able to go to the casino for a bit, before joining us at the outlets. Additionally, given that the outlets are connected to the casino, you can easily take advantage of all of the casino's dining options either pre- or post-shopping or for a mid-shopping break! The outlet center was bright with a lot of natural light coming through on the upper level. I also loved that the outlet center had my favorite outlet stores in one place (Banana Republic, Loft, Kate Spade, J. Crew, Under Armour, and there's even a Vineyard Vines outlet store!) The one downside is the fire alarm went off while we were there forcing everyone to evacuate the outlets, but thankfully we were pretty much done with our shopping day having more bags then we could carry so we headed home, but I can't wait to go back to the Foxwoods Outlets. read more

Once more stores open this place will/should be hopping, but for now it's just ok in terms of store selection. My wife was happy as she likes that it's bright and airy, but I'm confused as to why all the shops are behind doors instead of open like a mall. If the shops were outside I could understand the need for doors, but why in an enclosed mall? It doesn't make much sense to me. Observations: 1. All of the bathrooms were "closed for cleaning" the morning we were there and I was so annoyed I stepped over the bar and told others to do the same (the bathroom was clean so I'm unsure why they were closed). Sorry mall owners but you can't keep all of your bathrooms closed and expect people to queue for the family bathrooms which are few and far between. 2. Johnny Rockets is at the bottom of an escalator and as soon as you're close all you smell is grease. I enjoy Johnny Rockets every so often but the grease smell is annoying. Good luck to whatever store opens next door (but wait, it'll have doors so maybe it won't matter!). 3. When you travel down the escalator there are glass/plastic decorative panels and of course the ones closest to the escalator are smudge central from everyone touching it (look at me, I'm tall enough to touch it!). They should just remove them as it's pretty gross to see smudgy prints. Overall though it was a decent experience. Note that you have to enter via one of the two casinos...it'd be nice if you could enter directly from the parking garage instead. read more

There is an alright selection of stores such as Coach, Kate Spade, and Under Armor. I would like to see more options such as North Face, Victoria's Secret, or Williams Sonoma. The food options are limited unless you desire to venture out into the casino. I've heard people complain about the smokey smell, but honestly it isn't bad inside the outlets once you get past the entrance. read more

Never ever ever ever ever ever Again!!!!! I do not even want to put a single star for the store manager of The Cosmetic Manager, Terry!!! 1: She was being RUDE and aggravating the customers once we walked into the store. NO GREETINGS and NO RESPECT; most of the policies and rules have been set under her SUBJECTIVITY. For example, she said: one customer could only purchase one same item." which is inconsistent with the policy they have posted on the wall (Please see attachment). 2: As a guy, I do not even know which product is the best fit for my mom, as a birthday gift. That why I was showing the samples to my older sister for some recommendations. Then she started yielding at me "put your phone away" and refused the service. Also, she asked police officer for an enforced-expel. I did not expect that kind of service provided at The Cosmetic Company as one of the biggest cosmetic products retailers in the USA. Please remember the name - TERRY! TERRY! TERRY! read more

Not a bad little outlet mall. Be warned though, this outlet is built into the Foxwoods Casino. The outlet mall doesn't have the wide open unique one off design you see at other Tanger outlets. This place is a straight shot multi level hallway of stores. It seems like there is really no order on which shop is where and the maps show you where major casino locations are vice individual stores. This causes a little bit of confusion when you try to find just one thing you are looking for. Toss in that the walk to and from the parking garage and various locations is rather long (sometimes up to 10-15 minutes), its kind of weird. Then you see the signs and prices at some stores and you realize this was installed to appeal to the Chinese consumers (half the signs are dual English/Chinese) with rebate offers for international purchases. This is great that they are doing this for tourism, but if you have ever traveled internationally, most other countries create "Chinese malls" where they take tourists with marked up prices. After walking through this, it reminds me of those type of places I have walked through in South Korea, Thailand, and Japan. Really clean, nice for a long walk, in a casino, so a great break from gambling, but the restaurants in the place are all chains so not really great for eating unless you like pre-fab food. read more

Love coming here when I go to Foxwoods. Super disappointed they don't have any of the small food services open like Cinnabon or any ice cream place .. read more

Not bad, but there could be more stores. For the most part, the inventory and selection within the stores is greater, in some instances, compared to its RI/MA counterparts. Virtually every store boasts a minimum of 40% off (during the holidays), but there's a catch. You're paying 6.35% CT tax on clothes and an additional 1% casino tax. Yup. Taxes on clothes. So is it worth it? Not really. The only reason I come here is because among my favorites, Tanger has a larger than normal outlet store for them. If I really can't find anything for that special occasion, I'll make that hour drive here. Parking is vast and free, but if you're coming for the first time, you'll probably spend a good 15 minutes walking around the casino searching for the outlets. Plus the drive, gas, and clothing tax - consider this first. read more

I've been to this outlet mall many times since they opened and now that they're almost 100% occupied, they're great. I was there yesterday and was disappointed to see they'd closed the Starbucks, its a long walk back to the other one so I ended up with an iced coffee at Cinnabon which wasn't even close but the caffeine worked so I guess that's all that matters. Great variety of stores, I usually walk through to the very end and then work my way back so I'm not carrying a ton of bags both ways, and as much as I love some of the stores like Bath and Body Works, I can get that stuff at home and I don't feel like carrying 20lbs of soaps and lotions through the casino when I'm done with my shopping! Great bargains though! One of my favorites is The Company Cosmetics store, you're getting outlet prices here, unlike some of the other stores and for me, its well worth the hour drive just to visit this one store, you tend to save about 1/3 of the price (but trust me, you'll spend that savings elsewhere!) the Coach and Kate Spade stores both had some great deals going on, The IT'SUGAR store was so cute, but I try to stay out of the chocolate stores since I usually hit Munson's in Mystic before or after shopping! From reading other reviews I see that you can park in a closer parking garage just to shop, which would be great if you were going there just to shop but really.. who goes to Foxwoods to shop when there is plenty of other things to do. Where else can you play bingo, slots and other gambling, eat food from every nationality as well as celebrity restaurants and shop all in one stop?! As I said before they have a great mix of stores, higher end like Calvin Klein, Guess, Talbots, Coach and Kate Spade to midrange like Bath and Body, Cosmetics store (oh stay away from the ADORE cosmetics.. very pushy) a few restaurants at each end with Pinkberry and Cinnabon near the middle. and lower end like H&M and Old Navy. They also have an As seen on TV store, they have some really cute items in there.. the usual cell phone case kiosk in the middle of the mall, and a ton of shoe outlets like Clarks, Merrill, Sketchers, and Nike. You can't get any better than this.. give it a try! read more

The stores are ones. The only thing I didn't care for is when you are totally done with all of the outlet's you have to walk your path back to the same exit. It dumps you off in one totally different location and you can't get back to your original entrance unless you walk all the way back through the outlet's. That I didn't like. read more

It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience shopping at the new Tanger Outlets in Foxwoods. Parking was so easy in the Fox Tower Garage. There were signs everywhere leading you to the outlets, and it was all enclosed which was wonderful since I was there on a very rainy day in June! It was a Monday and it seemed pleasantly quiet in the shopping complex with every single sales person happy and smiling!! My husband and I shopped for a couple of hours ( he did rest in the numerous seating areas), then took a break for lunch, and returned to shop for another 2 hours or so. The only negative, unlike Wrentham, was that since I do not have AAA or belong to AARP or Military, I had to buy the lifetime rewards card ($10.00) so that I could obtain the coupon book. Other than that, it was a worthwhile afternoon! read more

The cosmetic store ADORE has terrible customer service. They do not stand by their products. I returned the "essence facial peeling gel" because it was defective. The gel turned to liquid. The woman working didn't care, was rude and refused to exchange the product. It's a rip off. Buyer Beware! read more

Not really outlets at all! Besides the Nike store, good deals were hard to find and the staff in many of the stores were unfriendly and not helpful. Prices at UGG were exactly what you will find online and so were many others. Kate Spade was the one store that I may visit again as the deals were similar to the Wrentham location, but the he staff was, how do I put it...snobby. Also - it has that depressing casino feeling about it! read more

If you are looking for some alternatives to gambling or want to splurge with some of your winnings, Tanger Outlets is located inside Foxwoods Casino and it connects with The Pequot Hotel Casino with plenty of stores to choose from. Among the long list of stores, some of my favorites include Kate Spade, Sunglass Hut and Nike. I ended up scoring a new pair of Versace sunglasses at Sunglass Hut. Make sure to try and get your hands on a coupon book at one of the information desk for further discounts on some of your favorite stores as well as some coupons to the restaurants on the property. The coupon book is free if you are part of AAA. read more

Wtf it's Friday "early" evening 8pm at the casino and the casino is packed but this fricken mall closes at 7 pm. All week it's 7pm. Crazy. Westbrook outlets are open until 9:00 all week and Clinton Crossing 8:00 and neither one has night traffic like Foxwoods especially on the weekend. Tanger Outlets- Foxwoods - Outlet Stores Near Me - Mashantucket, Connecticut

This is the Only indoor outlet mall I've ever been in, and it's GREAT. There was a windchill of -6 in CT the day we went, so it was well worth going to Foxwoods. The stores are all clean, well stocked, and well priced. We got some amazing deals! read more

Went on a random Tuesday night to check the new outlets out, the place was completely dead which is fine with me because that's how I prefer to shop. It's all brand new so it's super clean and super nice shopping experience. I do agree with the other reviews though in that it's a total pain in the ass to get to. You have to park in the huge casino garage then you have to walk through the gaming floors to get there . Once in the mall the top floor is tiny. Then u take the escalator down and it's two more floors of 1 rather large hallway which although spacious felt a little confined. The stores were all very nice as we're all the employees we encountered. Definitely worth checking out if you live in the area or visiting the casinos. read more

I was disappointed !! It's an indoor mall calling itself an outlet!prices were higher than the outlets!!

Great Deals, but NOT handicapped friendly!!!!! I will never be able to shop alone, because heavy doors to every store is shut, can not open from wheelchair,I find this offensive and unreal in this day and age!!!!! My husband was with me, so he opened doors, but he is not much of a shopper, so saw only few stores!!!! Very sad!!!!!! read more

Nicest bathrooms you will ever see at an outlet mall! I'm glad Foxwoods put in a mall for families who come with their kids who are not 21 yet. I remember only being able to use the arcade when my parents would take us. The outlets are clean and nice! Most vacant lots have now filled in and there are a good amount of stores. We went this past weekend and it was nicely decorated for Christmas with huge trees. This is our new mall spot since it is closer than the Crystal Mall. read more

Outlet is entirely inside the casino, so no quick drop in shopping, although it's not a horrible walk to the shops. Parking is free. I am still flabbergasted that people fall for the "60% off storewide! including Clearance!!" at an OUTLET mall that has JUST OPENED to be a selling point. To me, it should say "hey, stupid! We've got some crap from South China that will last a week to sell you! and it was never worth more than $2!!!" I am happy to have the stores nearby, but depressed to realize that yes, this is what retail in America is. If LL Bean actually had everything my kids wanted and needed, I absolutely would pay the price. Alas, they are suckers for whatever is hip and new, so I shell out the sale price for this poor quality stuff knowing it will only last as long as they need it to, and not a moment more. I worry that this mall will not be the financial answer to Foxwoods problems. The former MGM Grand Hotel at Foxwoods has now just been renamed the wimpy, apologetic "Fox Tower", and this is where you enter to get to the mall. There are a lot of stores including H&M and Old Navy which are the anchors at either end of the C shaped corridors. While there is plenty to choose from, many common stores are missing. Quality overall just seemed really shabby to me, but I am not a shopper...perhaps this is just what it has come to. Plastic slouchy booties prevailed with plastic heels and hide; faux lace mini-shorts and Coachella poncho-y stuff was in every store. It reminds me of in the 36 hours after the Oscars, there is a company providing knock-off gowns like we have seen on the red carpet. This is the feeling I get at Tanger....like everything is a knock off of the actual thing you want to buy. And the price is NEVER, EVER what you should actually be paying for it. read more

Great little outlet mall with a wide variety of stores and very helpful front desk! Highly recommend except for one thing. If you do happen to find yourself in the Tanger Outlets, AVOID THE SAMSONITE STORE!!! Bought an item for a Christmas gift that needed to be returned or exchanged. All tags and receipt were along with the item, sales clerk rudely refused to perform the return after fraudulently representing Samsonite return policy. A WARNING TO ALL: DO NOT GO TO SAMSONITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

I have always enjoyed my shopping "forays" to the outlets at Foxwoods. The discounts are great and the merchandise top of the line.

Great stores!! Super clean and a nice addition to the hotels and casino. It's nice to take a break from gambling or to walk down from your hotel room and shop with so many amazing stores. Had a blast with some retail therapy yesterday!! read more

The outlet malls are very nice and very convenient to those of us who live in SE Connecticut, finally. The majority of the stores in which my wife and I shop are here, so that makes it twice as convenient--I do wish there was a VanHeusen, but then again, I can always go to the one in Mystic. The one drawback is that extra one percent (1%) casino tax which I find almost a double taxation since Foxwoods gets a hefty rent from Tanger and the stores themselves and they encouraged the development of the mall to bring people to the casino which from what I can see has not worked out as planned. read more

I am thrilled beyond belief that Foxwoods opened an outlet. It is HUGE!!! Bye bye Clinton Crossings, oh yeah Tanger at Foxwoods is the place to be! It's connected to the gaming floors so take a break and buy some stuff. Many stores also accept your points. And there's food here too. A great place!! read more

My girlfriends and I went here for our annual shopping trip. One of us really, really liked it here. I thought it was ok. I didn't love the setup and yes, you can smell smoke often. It's all indoors, which I knew, but I prefer shopping with fresh air. The stores were fine, similar to "outlets" you can find all around New England. Except for the Lucky store, that was a nice store and I haven't seen many around. The lunch options were atrocious. Limited selection and horrible service. It was fun to people watch at the casino on a Saturday night. We had a decent dinner at one of the casino restaurants. I would not drive out here to go myself, but I might go with a group another time. read more

Love having the outlets close by. My only complaint is that you have to walk through the smoky casino to get there. It would be nice to have an outside entrance. read more

super clean, well lit and organized. Plenty of places to rest or eat. You don't feel cramped or crowed even though there were a lot of costumers around. We did feel the prices were hiked up a bit. Definitely more expensive than Lee or Clinton. read more

I liked that the outlets were indoors. The stores were clean and well maintained. However, the deals weren't great. I expected better discounts, especially after Christmas. It took some investigating to find where the best place was to park. read more

Outlets are great. I enjoy the different stores like forever 21, old navy h&m Francesca's. I dislike how long it takes to get from one end to the other.. Better go with your comfortable shoes! Indoor mall with tons of parking. Great variety of stores and some good bargains if you take the time to search them out. Many stores also offer a military discount, but you have to ask! Be careful which entrance you go in, it could be a long walk to get to the outlets. read more

Decent collection of outlets in Connecticut. You get to shop, gamble, and have fun, all in one place and nothing beats that. If they had a wider selection of stores, this would be a 4 star. Prices at the outlet stores are reasonable and comparable to the outlet stores in Massachusetts. read more

I'm not big on shopping, but friends are. There were some fantastic back to school buys! Gorgeous shirts for $10.00, you can't beat that!

Great place to shop! Only issues that I have are with the Coach store and the Kate Spade store. The associates in the store did not greet myself or the two other people that I was there with. We walked around both stores several times and no even asked if we needed help looking for anything. I hate to say it but I do think this was because we were African Americans. I've NEVER had this issue before when I shop at these store in Clinton or even at Wrentham Outlet Stores. I feel that when you're greeted and acknowledged it makes you more apt to spend money in a store. Customer service is everything and I will NOT spend my money if I feel as if I'm not a wanted customer. read more
