So far, each time we're out here, my gal pal manages to find a handbag, I in the other hand am very particular about adding more to my collection but found one on our last visit. Cherry Sweet Phoebe Handbag- Price tag at $429, I got this gorgeous 10"x13" jacquard lining ivory handbag with a cute black bow design with a gold-plated accent and 10" gold-chain drop strap for only $129! And of course I got the matching wallet. I totally adored this set but when my baby sister kept complementing the bag, I had to give it to her. Overall Service: Fair warning, the sales rep loves to chat here. I'm a deliberate shopper but was totally getting distracted by all the "like.." "right?!?" by these girls who were supposedly working. At one point I ended up right between them because I was looking at wallets and they still continue their conversations over me at opposite end of the table, which was annoying. He brings in his little machine to put your card in then they have you come out. As they are putting in your email they have you stand behind the desk to put in your email. At that point you still don't see any signs because now you're behind it, and you already paid in the room. I was told to go to the front desk to make an appointment for my next session at that point below where I was standing I see the little sign which didn't matter because I paid in the room. Again never being told no return or exchanges sales are final. These scammers put your receipt in a seal envelope when you get home and open it is when you see no refunds or exchanges all sales are final. This man actually thought I was going to tip him and the nerve to say you don't have to go by what it says you can put your own tip. I gave him nothing, like he didn't make enough with commission on $8,500 I have a seizure disorder and started to feel one coming on and just wanted to get out of there. The stress of these people contributed to me having a seizure when I got home. all I can say is beware and shame on them.
