I went on with my three day celebration of my friends birthday, and I forgot where this store was, but I remember it being right next door to a tattoo shop, I google the tattoo shop, ask the guy on the phone to tell me the name of the boutique next door.. Carina! I google the number and ask for the person who put away the telephone bag for me. It was the manager Amy. I explained to Amy we were about to leave and could she mail it to me signature Required!! Amy took care of everything and I received my bag so quick. I had it by Tuesday.. how awesome. And my telephone bag is a hit, I was in a restaurant yesterday talking on it and everyone wanted to see it.. thank you Amy!! Carina at Fox Tower at Foxwoods Casino..

Thought I may have misheard a "hi" atleast nope! She repeats it and me & my husband just look at each other and walk away. Then we ask another store associate "hi do you guys have military discounts" she doesn't even look at us and keeps organizing shoes and says "yup" and I await her telling me what it was and time passed and. ... nothing... so I say okay what is the discount amount.... and she mumbles so low under her breath I can't hear being right next to her so I say "what?" And she goes "I said 10%" so nasty. First off, hearing that someone is in military have some fucking respect you nasty individual! Second off, these girls would've have a reality check if my kids weren't with me. But no worries, my mom is a high member of Foxwoods & her host has sooo many pulls there I look forward to letting him know all of this. & you 2 girls that were working on Memorial Day (Saturday the 29th Incase the owner sees this), I hope you both you lose your job for treating a service member like this!

Typical Skechers location - but nice selection regardless…read more The term "outlet" is thrown around very loosely these days - the prices were normal retail prices and nothing much was different than this location than one without the "outlet" name. The only difference is there are aisles here as opposed to typical sneaker store and perhaps a little more of a selection. Selection was nice, but not all sizes were available on the floor or in the back. Prices are what they were, but for the value of the brand, not terrible. I like Skechers as a brand and once in a while will pick up a pair, Staff that I interacted with were friendly. They could use a few more benches to sit and try on shoes - there's a few in the back only and if they're occupied, you can either wait or try them on standing. Located in the Tangers Outlets at Foxwoods, it's not a bad bet for any fan of the brand.

One wasn't so bad, but the other one whose name I didn't catch had such an attitude. I walked up twice, once to ask a question and then the second time to check out. This is the first time I've ever had an issue with anyone in this store. Looks like I'll be using the Clinton one more frequently. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because they actually had what I was looking for.
