Overall Service: Fair warning, the sales rep loves to chat here. I'm a deliberate shopper but was totally getting distracted by all the "like.." "right?!?" by these girls who were supposedly working. They put my extra screws and links in a small bag, sealed and reciept in a plastic holder. I also had the jewelry cleaned by a different person, and he was very knowledgeable. He checked my jewelry out before cleaning it. I had some loose diamonds that I didn't know about so he said instead of putting it through the ultra sonic machine he recommended just brushing it.
