The busiest day of the year for the shop is the Branford Festival day when newcomers discover this gem. Sales associate Alyssa Merrick told me the shop is known for its costume jewelry and special occasion dresses including this Nanette Lepore two-piece for $58 with the tags still on (see photo). The couture section boasted a Bill Blass knit top for $28, numerous St. John items and a crazy pair of Moschino slacks. Anyone with a size 6 foot will make out like a bandit in the shoe department. Owner Mern Palmer-Smith says that a huge summer sale is imminent in order to make way for the influx of fall items.

The clothing is high quality and very unique. Every time I go, I've gotten at least one thing, like skirts, shoes, jackets, and a variety of very fun pants. The sales are unbeatable, and the everyday prices are a great value for the brands. I'm very happy to see that they're now fully open for business and everyone cooperated wearing masks and having a plastic barrier at the register. I just wish they had an online boutique!

"A-OK" I liked this…read morestore, it had a nice mix of selections and designers and was organized in a way that wasn't too overly done, but made sense. The staff was extremely helpful (one of them) or mediocre & preoccupied (the other). I stopped in before a work related dinner as I arrived to town early and had already had some Starbucks, and I was glad I did. I walked away with 3 new tops which I'm thoroughly enjoying. Minus one star for size selection - they carry all 3 "regular" sizes (S/M/L) but she told me more than once that "they usually only send one in that size" and that people often ask for those sizes... so... order more? And minus one more star for price - there were no promotions or sales other than the weird colors from last season, and the products were overpriced compared to what you can get them for online. I liked the ability to try them on, but more than once I hinted I would purchase two more items if I could get a price break somewhere and it was essentially ignored. Their loss!

I wanted a pair of leggings, they didn't have in stock in a color I liked, they ordered them for me, I can't wait for them to arrive. The young ladies working here are all very pleasant and do a great job keeping the store looking crisp, clean and presentable. I highly recommend shopping here for your loungewear needs.

They are always well stocked, have a large discount section and seem to get new items in before other H&M stores. Also, unlike many H&Ms it's clean and well organized. Finding things isn't an exercise in futility. No clothes in the isles. Nothing just dumped on the rack. Also, all of the employees I've encountered have been friendly, helpful and polite. I haven't checked out the women's or childrens sections so I cant really comment. However, just passing through to mens it seems the same. Neat and tidy.
