What first caught my eye in this tiny boutique, is the assortment of unique brushed sterling silver jewelry. I feel like brushed silver jewelry can be eye catching in its own way. In addition to the beautiful jewelry, you'll also find stunning cashmere and fine wool scarves and accessories. They also have some very funny ornaments, including one of a man in his underwear, covered in tattoos. There are so many creative designs at the Dina Varano Gallery, they will cost you a pretty penny.

I wanted to show them a nice time...The Wayfinder Society had other plans. The four of us rarely get to be together as a group so negative experiences like this really impact our relationship. At the "Society," we were accosted for testing out Gongs. How else do you know that the sound will be suitable if you cannot test out the Gong?! The man In charge ( I suppose) yelled from across the store for us to stop. We were the only people in the establishment, mind you. Nowhere did any of see a "do not touch" sign. In fact, in this shoppe of curios, touching seems like an important experience. We moved past that transgression and even considered making purchases. We left the shop, but not without another verbal chiding from this man. We, a it's foursome, exited with thank yous...be sent us away with a sarcastic " Thanks for touching everything..." It's a tchotchke store, kind of like cost plus world market. I don't know. Just rubbed us the wrong away. I'm sure others may enjoy it, but the four of us didn't have such luck. Perhaps we came on an off day...

You don't have to purchase anything to feel their purpose. I found the sweetest gifts for my coworkers. You'll find an assortment of crystals, artwork, little handmade items, from tiny the size of a penny to massive that'll reach your doorway. You'll have to go check out the uniqueness that is The Wayfinder Society. The way they packaged my gifts was like they came from the prestigious luxury store.

I left a review on Google for that store. This store is a great find. Walking into this store is like walking into the stores up north in Maine,Vermont etc., where you find good quality mens clothing and unique giftware. It has a welcoming environment, with beautiful displays of merchandise. My husband bought a nice pair of shorts and at the sister store, Compass Rose, I bought a unique top and beautiful lightweight handbag. The staff in both stores were welcoming and friendly. Thank you to the owner who has done an excellent job of ordering great clothes and giftware for men and women in both stores. I will be back!!!
