I had secretly wanted to check out the neighboring store, so I suggested that we ask them if the owner closes down for lunch. We were greeted with a smile by the employee of Ooh La La Boutique. The shop shares a hallway with what I believe is residence on the second floor. In the hallway there was a rack of items on sale with some super cute clothing options. Walking through the door into the shop the air conditioning was welcomed, and the sites were tempting. Beautiful clothing hung on racks and shelves and shiny costume jewelry filled the countertops. The pricing is what I would expect from a boutique. The items were not things that you would find in department stores. Everything was nice quality. Just coming back from vacation I should not have been shopping, but I did pickup a couple of pairs of super cute & extremely soft shorts that I can't wait to wear. The woman that helped us was not the shop owner, but extremely nice and helpful. Having clothing from the shop herself she was able to discuss sizing with us.,

The products at this store are amazing, I was able to get gifts for everyone on my list (and bookmark a few for my birthday wishlist too!). The style is very coastal chic, soft colors, beautiful designs. The layout of the store is easy to navigate and move around. The clothing is SO cute and the sweaters are beyond soft. Shoutout to Marcelina, Jenna, and Laurel for being absolutely wonderful! If you're anywhere near Niantic, CT, this is a MUST visit!!

What first caught my eye in this tiny boutique, is the assortment of unique brushed sterling silver jewelry. I feel like brushed silver jewelry can be eye catching in its own way. In addition to the beautiful jewelry, you'll also find stunning cashmere and fine wool scarves and accessories. They also have some very funny ornaments, including one of a man in his underwear, covered in tattoos. There are so many creative designs at the Dina Varano Gallery, they will cost you a pretty penny.

Great ornaments at Holidays time too!

We have a family coastal cottage which needed to be revamped and brought into the 21st century. This process went on for almost a month before we made the final purchases. Amy and her managers worked with us and NEVER ever put any pressure on us. I would highly recommend Amy and Saybrook Home for all your needs to make your home BEAUTIFUL!!
