I stopped in again the following week and still did not see them so I assumed they were sold. I never got paid for these 2 items after 4 months sooooo? I brought in 2 dresses that had matching bolero style jackets. Again I stopped in to see how they were priced. Both dresses were on the rack for sale missing the bolero jackets. I questioned the salesperson on duty telling her that these were my consigned items and the jackets were missing. Response was "oh they sometimes get misplaced.". She did locate one of the jackets and promised to look for the other. I returned several weeks later the jacket was still not found. So my experience was horrible. Would. or patronize this store ever.

Today I encountered some confusion with staff about Consignment pieces. The items were listed as active, but difficult to find or missing. The store appears a bit disheveled and a musty odor was noted by myself and another shopper. While helping to search for my own Consignment pieces I found a number of empty jewelry packages and mistreated items. Possibly this due to a pending change in ownership. A worker, possibly current owner, approached me with the form of agreement that I did not receive for the items. Her rudeness , sarcasm and dismissiveness threw the enjoyment of being a consigner and customer out the door. Sad when experiences such as this happen. Hoping for them, it was an off day, but I can no longer endorse a recommendation .

I would definitely stop in and visit if you're in the area I think it would be worthwhile. I feel badly at reading the previous negative review and that's what prompted me to write an authentic positive review.

As a young woman, there are a lot of places to shop for clothes in the area. It is a lot more limited for men when looking for quality basics and casual wear. "A-OK" I liked this…read morestore, it had a nice mix of selections and designers and was organized in a way that wasn't too overly done, but made sense. The staff was extremely helpful (one of them) or mediocre & preoccupied (the other). I stopped in before a work related dinner as I arrived to town early and had already had some Starbucks, and I was glad I did. I walked away with 3 new tops which I'm thoroughly enjoying. Minus one star for size selection - they carry all 3 "regular" sizes (S/M/L) but she told me more than once that "they usually only send one in that size" and that people often ask for those sizes... so... order more? And minus one more star for price - there were no promotions or sales other than the weird colors from last season, and the products were overpriced compared to what you can get them for online. I liked the ability to try them on, but more than once I hinted I would purchase two more items if I could get a price break somewhere and it was essentially ignored. Their loss!

Upon entering the boutique I was greeted by an employee who was incredibly charming and a huge help to me, in terms of being a guy and trying to find something for my girlfriend. I talked to her about a few things my girlfriend likes, in terms of clothing and jewlery, and about a few of her favorite possessions she already owns. After the discussion, the employee took me around the shop and introduced me to a few pieces of clothing and jewelry she thought would work due to the credentials I gave her. I was incredibly pleased when I finally found what I was looking for. I ended up leaving with a dress and a necklace that I found with the help of the employee. Overall I would give my experience in the store a 5 out of 5 star rating. The process was quick and easy, the employee that I worked with was not only a pleasure to talk to but she quickly adapted to the needs of my girlfriend. The service was outstanding and efficient. I will definitely be visiting again in the near feature for my mother's birthday gift. I highly recommend this store to anyone. The store it's self is adorable. If you're looking for a formal dress for prom or a dance, or a themed event, this is the place to go for sure. There are so many beautiful formal dresses here, black tie dresses, big skirt dresses, and even casual cotton dresses. There are dresses for infants and little girls. Everything is in pristine shape and looking beautiful. The prices range, of course depending on if it's designer or not. There's a whole selection of sparkly accessories, most of these items are oversized for my preference. There are lots of home items, I saw ice skates from the 1920s, lots of cool dishes with the Kennedys on them. This store is basically a museum where you can touch everything and purchase what you like for a very decent cost. I don't have a purpose for most of these items, so I didn't get anything. If you like vintage items, you'll love browsing through Tova's. I encourage you to stop by.
