Ok so this review is waaaaay overdue. I bought a pair of Air Max Lebron 7 when they came out in late 2009 and I believe were the last shoe LeBron made before he made his famous Decision Speech on ESPN and said "I'm taking my talents to South Beach". Today I booked a flight to Miami in early October and I would like to announce that I will taking my talents to South Beach as well. Booking that flight made me think I should review the Nike Outlet store that gave me these shoes at a great price so many year ago. Honestly I don't remember what I paid but I remember they were heavily discounted (definitely under $100) and they have lasted me from 2009 to 2021. No I don't wear them daily and yes I take care of them but 12 years out of a heavily discount pair of sneakers is a steal of a deal to me. I've moved out of CT but my mom lives close to this store so I will be sure to check them out again in the summer when I visit. This place is nice and big and easy to find your shoe size. The prices beat the mall prices and they have a nice selection here. They also sell clothes and athletic gear a few book bags and sports balls . The employees are always willing to help and they have a nice guide on the floor to find your right size shoe. read more

Normally, I don't tend to review apparel stores but my husband and I had such a good experience today that I had to deviate from my normal reviews exclusively of restaurants to post this. First, the store is immaculate. Everything is in its own place and easy to navigate ... Even the shoe clearance area is well organized and I never have trouble locating shoes in my size (these areas are disasters at comparable stores). Today specifically though, we had such a great interaction at check-out. The gentleman (Mike, with glasses) was so helpful and made sure we maximized our shopping experience. He was courteous and patient and kind and my husband and I were so pleased with his customer service approach. It is by far the best customer service experience I have had at the Nike store in the many visits I have made. It just took my whole opinion of the store up a notch. My new Air Max sneakers and the little ones for my son also don't hurt the positive take-away either. Thanks Mike! read more

Back to school shopping on tax free weekend. We had the best experience here. The staff were so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. Right off the bat a woman named Callie helped us- told us to download the app for an extra discount and was so friendly. Then Richie asked us if we needed anything- spent 10m w us. Not even kidding. Callie and Richie saved us $72. So appreciative. The cashier was friendly and the greeter (who was complementing a guy's shirt on his way in) was so incredibly friendly and in such a good mood. The Nike Factory Store (specifically this location) is my favorite place to shop. The store is well kept, organized, and the inventory is constantly changing. You definitely get the BEST deals here. I love that you can combine their already reduced prices, sales, and coupons together. Last weekend I was able to get a dri fit hoodie, yoga pants, tights, sneakers, socks, and 2 tank tops for $100. Going anywhere else I would have spent over $100 on just the sneakers. I am looking forward to doing a lot of shopping during their Thanksgiving sales. I love this place. I like the Nike store and is my preferred place to shop. I like the friendly staff but today was a bit different. I purchased gym shoes a month ago for my daughter. Over $45.00. The stitching in one shoe started to break. I called and described the situation and Dave told me to come in and exchange them. Very friendly. I made the extra trip in and a different manager refused to exchange the shoes. Normal wear. FYI, my daughter is in no sports. Also. She wore these in April, so minimal wear like summer camps. Also, for $45.00, quality should be higher than stitching spreading with only one month wear. Do you agree? We have purchased cheaper brands and they have lasted over a year when she outgrew them!! I'm very disappointed... Its hard to accept one month of use..and not being more helpful. They offered a 20% discount on new shoes. I declined. If you are a average joe the store deserves 4 to 5 stars. But if you have Athletes foot. or wear bigger shoes 12 on. Nothing will fit. Not that the sizes are wrong. Just for me. Seamed like my sides hurt. Now i have worn many Nike brand shoes in the past. never had an issue. But this time everything hurt on one side. The normal shoe it hurt my right side of my Arch. With the wider sizes it hurt my left Arch. Think that is what it is called. That side of my foot. Now I know the bottom of foot will hurt with Athletes foot. But it was insane. 8 different pairs of shoes between 30 and 60 dollars. And none of them comfortably fit. So when over to Adidas and first training shoe i tried fit like a charm. Made no sense at all. Left Nike disappointed and Adidas very satisfied. read more
