He stated "well I have a coworker here somewhere I'll try to locate." Then he went and found Manager Joseph Lopez who claimed he "owned the location." Joseph continuously took phone calls mid meeting or helped others who just walked in which prolonged our progress causing multiple delays, never apologized once, even after being there for an hour with little progress. I told him we would stop the process and go elsewhere to which he replied "go ahead, but this phones disconnected now." He is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service!

When I got home, I got an email confirming a new feature 'Home Tech Protection' for $25 a month added to my account. I did not discuss or authorize any changes to my account. A text message confirming the change was sent at the exact time that I was in the store. I have been an AT&T Wireless customer for many years, but it is not acceptable to make changes to my account without authorization. I called customer service to have the feature removed, but if I am charged even one penny for this, I will be changing carriers.

I took out the phone from the case the next day to find out the back glass was shattered too. I went to this place to get my phone fixed. Best Buy wanted $329 for the front and they couldn't service the back glass. This place was able to fix both screens in about 2 hours for me no problem at a way more reasonable price than local competitors, especially BB. I highly recommend coming here. Instead of driving to the nearest Apple store (about an hour) I went to Mr Fix It & had it repaired in a half hour for $120. I thought my phone was done for after it smashed on my kitchen floor but they brought it back to life. My wife & 17 year old daughter have both broken their phones multiple times. My wife's seemed to not work well after & the Apple store said it voided the warranty as we had it fixed here. I brought it back to Mr Fix It but they claimed it was the case causing the problem. We saved some money bringing our phones here but ultimately Apple won't honor the warranty if they know/suspect it was fixed by a 3rd party. Ultimately I'm happy that they do the job quickly but wish it wasn't so damn expensive & caused issues with Apple. I'd recommend anyone to go to Apple instead but Mr Fix It will do an acceptable job if you need an iPhone repair.

Matt S. has been a technician for over 20 years and it shows, hint to Atlantic Broadband.. don't hire young kids who don't know nothing because you can pay them less. I Call Breezeline, who cannot call dispatch, can only submit a ticket. They said someone would call soon with an update. An hour later, so now two hours of waiting, nobody has shown or called. I called Breezeline again, and all they can do is submit a ticket again. At 10:40am, 10 minutes past the arrival window of the technician, I leave and head back to work. Nobody ever showed or called me. This afternoon, I then spent over 2 hours on hold with Breezeline to cancel my account entirely. Not only did I lose a day's pay, but we still have no internet. I finally reached someone this afternoon after spending a good portion of my day waiting in person and on the phone with Breezeline, and was able to cancel my account completely.
