We are very unhappy with the service we are receiving today. We purchased a washing machine that was just installed yesterday and our first load of laundry for our brand new whirlpool is leaking from underneath all over the basement floor. I call shore appliances because I want a new one out here today I do not want to keep something we spent over $1000 on and they want to repair it first and they can't get out here until Monday? I have been told by Joe once it's delivered it's yours and you can't replace it. They have to come out and look at it and repair it under our whirlpool warranty. I have the exact same thing for the exact same price and Lowe's can get it here tomorrow. Shore appliances cannot get the washer even looked at a till Monday, I think if something is just delivered yesterday. They need to have someone out here today replacing it. I was told once something's dropped off they don't just replace it. They come out and they look at it and repair it. OK so just remember if you spend $1000 and there's something wrong with it the very first time you use it you're gonna wait for them to repair it not even replace it. Lowe's once again I am repeating myself can have a brand new one out here tomorrow, but I can't even order it because they said I would have to pay all sorts of restocking fees. Not just one fee he said it plural fees. I pay restocking and all delivery fees for a brand new washer that was over $1000.Dollars. We have many rentals and have always used shore appliances for those rentals, but I am not spending another dime there. We wanted to use local and by American. We were trying to be loyal to local but we won't be anymore. I have to pay restocking fees if I don't keep this damaged washer? They don't standby the product like they used to years and years ago. Be careful what you order because you're stuck with it you will pay a restocking fee and all of the delivery fees to return it and get something somewhere else. I am giving a one star because I have to give something in order to review it. read more

Perfect. One incredibly thing is that whenever we called and whomever we talked with, all could access accurate and current information about our order, delivery.
