I was working during the snow storm, and couldn't verify if he actually plowed it until I got home. He never showed up, kept the money I paid him and refused to refund it- claiming his truck blew up. I called and texted him multiple times asking to be refunded the payment and he made up an excuse about how he needed the money so he wouldn't be returning it. Extremely unprofessional and scammy.
