When I call for a refill they are always friendly, and the deliveries are prompt. Recently we had them replace one of our HVAC compressors. Their estimate and replacement was incredibly quick, especially since we were in the heat of summer. The sales agent even came to the house a couple of times to manage the contract particulars. I would recommend them to anyone; their service is lightyears ahead of most companies. 5 stars in my book!

If they are this dismissive to new, paying customers, I do not recommend relying on them. Take your business elsewhere. This was zero risk transaction for them, they claim to be a family run business but decline to service my family! Deed not Words.

A friend recommended Marlborough Heating & AC. We called them at 7am and they came out within a few hours. They did not feel it was worth the cost to try and repair a 17 year old gas furnace and a new system was more cost effective for us. They were able to locate a top of the line furnace just right for the size of our house and came out at 8am today ( 1/14/22) and we had our system up and running perfectly by noon. They would have come yesterday, but they had a new install already scheduled for another family who did not have heat. They were very professional, honest, knowledgeable and put customer service for an emergency first. We had heat before tonight's deep freeze. Highly recommend this HVAC company.

I have used them both for a commercial property and my residence for years…read more This company is so well managed, it would surprise me if I hadn't done business with them since 2005. The company has adopted the tech to keep in touch with their customers which makes planning an appointment and the arrival of the work person an excellent experience for the customer. Today I worked with Matt and Giacomo (John) and was not at all surprised that they worked neatly and efficiently. We had them run ethernet cable and remove a EcoFlow product. If I had to guess they will be in business a long time if they keep this level of service and professionalism.

I had them come out a few years back to give me a quote. At the time I was getting estimates so I…read morewould have an idea of how much a boiler replacement would be so I knew how much to put aside. Two years later I was ready to do the project and asked if they could update my quote. Every other company I reached out to was able to update my quote without coming out to my house because they had the records from the original quote . But not these guys . They wanted to come out again . The man Steven comes out about 10 minutes late which is understandable. He proceeds to tell me that they came out last year for a quote I corrected him cuz it was not last year . And then he very aggressively said well you're going to get it done this time though right ? Which already brought me the wrong way . Then he's asking me a bunch of questions about why I'm getting my boiler replaced and it's like dude just tell me how much the replacement is going to be that's all I want to know like you're here to give me a number not an interrogation. Hey then proceeds to ask me when I plan to get it done and I told him 30 days . His response was well why not today . Considering he came in a hatchback I didn't think he was equipped to come to do the job today but I wanted to get it done in 30 days . So I just repeat no 30 days because at this point I am getting frustrated with him . So he repeats why not today . So I hand him his business card back and apologize for him having to come all the way out here and asked him to leave . He tried to give me his card back after I just handed it back to him and asked him to leave and wanted to continue the conversation. I had to basically walk him to his car . My business is not his business I said 30 days I have nobody else that came to give me a quote was so intrusive or invasive and I don't know if it was because he's trying to sell me something or because I'm a woman but it immediately put me off and made me feel very uncomfortable. Thankfully I was able to find a company who can come out when I need them to come out for $3,000 less than their old quote was from 2 years ago . So if you want to be interrogated and overcharged then I guess this is the company for you .

I called Alpha at the recommendation of my Auto mechanic shop. It was earlier in the day so I didn't hear from them for a few hours. I had called other places and they were too busy or not what I was looking for. It was going to reach 100° this week and today was Monday. I received a text from Scott, the owner saying he'd be reaching out soon. Shortly after we spoke on the phone and I told him the symptoms of my system which is an old Trane(it's hard to stop a Trane). Right away he knew what to look for and said he would make it tonight and I jokingly said "we're up until midnight"... Well sometimes after 7: 00 pm I got a text saying they are on their way. They showed up and with no hesitation. Went right to the system and started analyzing. They found what was wrong within a couple of minutes and immediately started to do the repair. I had my lady go inside and turn the AC on and boom the compressor kicked on as it should have which is the unit outside the house that was kicking on and off. No fuss, no muss and we are now getting deliciously cold air again! HECK YES I recommend this company.. Thank you Alpha Tech

He was responsive and upon meeting him, you could tell he cared. He also was very reasonably priced (and given the circumstance I fully anticipated it was going to cost me an arm and a leg)! Superior service! I will be using Scott for all my HVAC needs moving forward!

Called again over two weeks after that and spoke with a man who said he was (either) an owner or manager. I explained that I had two of his employees come out to my house but hadn't received an estimate. Well, he was not really rude, but he went off on how they were working and working "every day of the week " and he had seen the guy who came out to the house working on estimate and again they never had a day off all they did was work.. and etc. Since I was a potential customer (for a very expensive job) I was just taken aback at complaints about too much work when there are millions out of work. I remember thinking that he should hire more people! Also to bitch to a potential customer?? Bad business practice. I decided to wait until they called me as I had called back twice. After all, I then said (to myself) that I'm not going to chase someone so I can give you tons of money. I never got a quote or was contacted.
