She was told that I, as the homeowner, needed to be on site, so I made arrangements to be there. By 830 my tenant is trying to reach out to him for an eta or reschedule. By 930 I agreed to get involved, as neither she nor I could start our days until we knew our status with the electrician. So I called to ask at what point should just we assume it's not happening and lo and behold, the person my tenant was trying to reach answered and proceeded to have an absolute tantrum over us repeatedly reaching out for updates that he'd assured my tenant she'd be getting in the event his availability changed , apparently particularly offended that a client with only a small job would expect what she was told by him to expect. So, I imagine they must be really great electricians, if your needs are large and expensive enough. But personally wouldn't suggest trying them out.

As soon as I approved the estimate, they scheduled a date and got the work done! I cannot say enough good things about Canestri plumbing. The new pump is great, the connections are solid and well-anchored, and the drainage tie-in works perfectly. I will definitely call on them again!

I cannot speak highly enough about Lamb Plumbing. We have just completed a kitchen renovation…read more Zack and his team took charge and transformed our kitchen into the showcase that it has become. The work that they did was complete from A - Z. They installed new fixtures, appliances, flooring, backsplash, cabinets and lighting. They showed up when promised, kept to the schedule and came in right on budget. Zack and his team are true professionals. They are licensed in all of the trades. They clearly explained each step in the process. They are very friendly. At the end of each day, they completely cleaned the work area so that we had minimal disruption in our home. We are very impressed with Lamb Plumbing and are glad that we chose them over the others contractors we considered. Knowing how well they handled our kitchen renovation, I can only imagine how well they do simple, routine plumbing issues that come up. We highly recommend Lamb Plumbing for any residential or commercial projects.

He installed my boiler (improperly - he continues to insist it was done correctly but 2 heating contractors have now told me the installation was not done correctly) and 2 years later it's costing me a ridiculous amount of money to fix. No one that works for him has any idea what they are doing. I was charged $200 per hour for the technician to sit on the phone in his van with tech support for over 2 hours! For all I know I was being charged $200 per hour for that guy to talk to his girlfriend! This company has no scruples so I wouldn't put it past them! Besides, I didn't realize customers now foot the bill for on the job training! If you have money to burn use this company but money will be the only thing burning if you do - it certainly won't be your boiler!

He was the first to respond and I let him go ahead and replace the air handler blower and add Freon for about $2000. The original blower was a Lennox. He replaced it with an ECM variable speed blower and he gave me no warranty. He just said "call me and I'll take care of you." The system failed within 10 days and I called him repeatedly with no response. Finally, I used my wife's cell phone and he picked up. He came and jump-started the system and charged me $261 for what should have been a free follow-up. So today 5-18-26 the blower was unresponsive the first time I used it this year. It did not last even 2 years. I called him to ask about a possible warranty but got no response. I ended up calling another contractor who installed a non-variable speed blower which came with a 4-year warranty and cost less than half the price to install. This kind is a way better option but for some reason Troy did not offer me the option.
