More time was spent chatting to each other, taking lunch (which was included in their time), and driving back and forth for parts (4 trips in a 3 hour span - I would assume you would need no more than 1 maybe 2 trips back and forth) than what was spent actually fixing the problem (bad wire going to my well pump). Not to mention there is a huge mark up on parts (he quoted my $800 for a well pump that is less than $250 online). They were also not very respectful of my house walking all over with dirty clothes and shoes and being loud enough to wake up my baby multiple times.
