Joseph continuously took phone calls mid meeting or helped others who just walked in which prolonged our progress causing multiple delays, never apologized once, even after being there for an hour with little progress. A text message confirming the change was sent at the exact time that I was in the store. I have been an AT&T Wireless customer for many years, but it is not acceptable to make changes to my account without authorization.
