On my last visit, I noticed a few issues after getting home: one item was missing, and two items weren't the flavors I had ordered. These small details matter, and the substitutions just didn't work for me. This has happened multiple times, and it's frustrating not getting exactly what I requested. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I think I'll start doing my own shopping moving forward. During the time period, you receive a notice that your delivery is delayed and sorry for the inconvenience. Calling the store does nothing they say call Shipt, but when I told her to stop talking over me that they own Shipt, customer service hung up on me. I canceled my service agreement and will not be using them anymore.

We've visited their Simsbury store a bunch of times, and we saw pretty much the same selection of low priced goods here in Glastonbury - men's & women's clothing, shoes, household goods, artwork, books, toys, etc. We caught a 50% off sale on clothing yesterday, and I walked out with a $15 blazer for $7.50. Pretty sweet, eh? All proceeds go to charity (The Village for Families) and the store employees are all volunteers. The two women we interacted with were as nice and friendly as could be, we really enjoyed chatting with them. Bottom line? You can score some great bargains and support a worthy charity all at the same time.

They don't have this kiosk machine. I think my request was as basic as they come. What type of customer service is this? If you happen to go to Kohl's, currently all items with a yellow tag, are an additional 30% off. There's baby items, home items, kids items, kitchen gadgets, plenty of Easter decor. Keep an eye out on your email and your mail, for coupons. This Kohl's also has a Sephora.
