Popped in for one thing and it took me forever to figure out where it was. :D But that was just me not knowing where to look. This store is huge. It includes a grocery area, pharmacy and a Starbucks coffee shop right inside the door. Some departments were very well stocked while others were almost bare. Not sure if they are switching over the shelves to more seasonal items / colors or if they are just out of stock. We are in a post-Covid world, so maybe they are still waiting for items from the warehouse. I did not see a lot of staff on the floor, a few registers were open including self check-out. Customer service is just inside the door, along with restrooms and they have a 'greeter'. The store appeared clean and the departments well organized. All in all it was a good visit.

What do you need to know? It's Target. They basically have everything you need. I needed string cheese for my dog and birthday cards for my Mom. Check and check. Ample parking and carts and baskets for your stuff.

Well I used to like this Target. Until today. I bought 31 bags of Easter M&M's and was supposed to get 25% off each bag through the cartwheel app. And 10% off Cadbury eggs too. I go through checkout, have the girl scan my app, get the the door and think hunh, still over $200 for what all I bought? Hmmm. I got home and it turns out I only got discounts on a few things. Call up the store to find out if I have to bring everything back in with my receipt or just the receipt. I was on hold almost 7 minutes and transferred 5x until I finally got another person at the front desk who told me to bring in my receipt. Really. Seriously. Unreal. Update: so I drive all the way back to target today. The employee at the service desk goes oh no, you only get cartwheel money for 4 purchases of the same item. Ok. Why wasn't that told to me yesterday instead of telling me oh yes, I should have received more money off? They didn't take the Cadbury eggs off either, so I literally drove 20 minutes 1 way there and 1 ways back today for $1. Hey Target, I would like to speak to someone. And you will be hearing about my experience. And I will be seeing if I can return all this candy tomorrow now. Because hey, it's unopened, and if they want to treat me that way, then why should I keep anything. Your Connecticut locations are seriously lacking, and appalling. Please review my review of your New Britain, CT location as well. Looks like I'm going to be driving to Massachusetts for Target shopping if I do decide to continue, because your HR people like to apparently hire absolutely rude and incompetent people.

Only at your local target lol. Maybe somone thought they could make eggs over easy on the chair?

Always have what I need in this department store from groceries to clothing. Prices are reasonable and not too overcrowded.

Those place is still terrible. I stopped by again today and had to leave a cart full of groceries because the checkout line was chaos.

They lock the dressing rooms and have no attendant so it's not possible to try anything on.

OPEN THE FITTING ROOMS every time I come here to try on something they are closed even though there are plenty of people working.

She does have pretty nice costume jewelry (not really my thing I am a dude), paint for furniture, handmade soap and other assorted items (we got some pretty sweet porcelain door knobs too). We haven't attended one of her classes, but on Saturdays you can learn how to paint furniture (shabby chic style), and you leave with the piece you worked on. If you appreciate things like dovetailed drawers and actual wooden furniture check this place out.

I'm not a big review person, but feel the need to write one for this company…read more We ended up at their Newington showroom on a whim late one night (saw an ad for a couch they had on sale for my boat). While browsing we stumbled onto a large modular sectional that we loved. We needed furniture for an addition on our home and this would fit perfect. We had to get some measurements of the room before we could pull the trigger but after a couple days we came back, figured out our layout and made the purchase. We were given a 4-6 week lead time, however after the purchase we stumbled onto the Yelp and BBB reviews. Oh boy!!! It seemed to be mostly 1 star and lots of complaints of long lead times, damage and getting the run around. We held our breath but began preparing for the worst case scenario. At exactly 5 weeks, we got the call for delivery (7-2 window). Later that day my wife was texted the delivery window is 7-11 and they would call 15 minutes out (which worked perfect for us). This morning they called at 6:45 and were in the driveway at 7 on the dot. The delivery guys had everything wrapped well, in the house within a half an hour, assembled, garbage removed, and even had a few more pillows than we expected to get. Everyone's experience is different, but I did feel the need to post ours, as after the delivery this morning, we are more than pleased with this company. They even threw the black panther statue on the ottoman in my photos because my wife loved it! I will most be getting that other couch from them as well, and would recommend them based on our experience.

Lovedseat was damaged due to movers. Had to wait another six weeks to get the love seat. Kitchen chairs put together wrong have to come back to use drill to fix them. Had to send one of the table chairs back due to scratches in the seat. They order me a new one six weeks. The nectar bed installed wrong by the movers. Had to call warranty service to order right parts for the bed. They are going to come out and install the parts. Had to call US furniture customer service many of times kept explaining to different people what was going on. They won't answer you in email ever big headache trying to get the furniture fix. Once you buy the furniture they are not inclined to help you as much. Even if they have my couch piece ready I still will have to wait until they have a delivery for my area. Meantime I have a new couch in my living room with a noticeable big piece missing.

We didn't want to spend much as the recliner we desired to purchase is just for a bedroom and the $400-500 advertised ones interested us. They had a couple of chairs that would have been suitable but would have to order them. Fine, but then there's another $100 tacked on for delivery because they will not let it be delivered to the store for the customer to pick up. So now the "sale item " that was $400 just became $500 which is balcony. The same truck coming out of NJ to deliver the customers item is most likely the same truck that's going to be delivering additional stock items to the Lazy Boy stores. Just another gimmick to get another $100!!! We were disgusted at the greed and went to Boscov's to check out their sales and found a beautiful micro-fiber, all American Made ladies recliner for $399, free delivery to the store for customer pick-up or a $55 charge to have it delivered to your home. When we went with the salesman, who was both knowledgeable and pleasant, to order and pay for it and upon putting the information into his computer, he told us there was an additional $50 off the sale price. We should receive a call within 7-10 days from Boscov's informing us our chair is in and we will pick it up. We couldn't be happier and after owning three LazyBoy chairs in the past, most likely will NEVER go back to Lazy Boy again. Way overpriced!!!!!!

We purchased two recliners, totaling almost $4000. We got notice that they were ready for delivery,…read moreso we called to schedule it. When we didn't get the expected notification the day before delivery with the time window, we called back and were told our delivery had been cancelled. This cost us a day's pay to take time off from work for the delivery. We scheduled delivery again, and this time it worked. However, one of the chairs delivered had a broken or misshapen connection piece for the chair back to slide onto the base. We had to refuse the delivery, and refused both chairs since they were a matching pair. The Newington CT store manager was called and while he was apologetic, we weren't confident that the problem would be solved. He did give us some updates in the following week, then he went on vacation. The woman covering him was new, not customer-oriented, and pretty clueless on what was going on. Eventually, our chairs were ready and we had a successful delivery. In the meantime, we reached out to another La-z-boy store in South Windsor, and the manager there was very helpful! She gave us answers when Newington couldn't. If anyone we know ever considers La-z-boy, we will tell them to avoid Newington at all costs, and choose South Windsor. It is baffling how such a well known brand has a store that is run so unprofessionally. We will not continue as a customer.
