Owner graciously met me downstairs, removed item from my car and took the time to inspect the item and point out the "gem" I procured as he compared my lounge to the "prefab won't-last-five-years chaise lounges of today. He asked questions on where the item will be stored (high traffic va low traffic areas of home) and when i answered he provided a plethora of fabrics to consider. Most importantly, he did NOT expect full payment that day! Whew!! What a relief. Starting a new business is expensive so not having to make full payment before work commenced made my day. I asked her why are all tables except the one I inquired about, recognized the sale. She said "We're not going to sell that table for $150". I guess they announce a sale on "All" specific items, except for those they choose not to sell at the sale price. There's no personality in there, no smiles, no normalcy.
