I made the mistake of not realizing that the receipt pops out of the bottom and so I did not grab it and when I returned to the store, Kat took her time to search through all of her receipts, found mine and was able to give me my cash back. I was in the store about nine minutes before I had returned and she had a system that was able to help her locate my receipt. Most people would have told me to kick rocks or gave me such an attitude. But Kat showed her kind heart, her outstanding customer service and such amazing professionalism. She deserves a special shout out and if she isn't already, she definitely should be upper management.
