I asked her why are all tables except the one I inquired about, recognized the sale. She said "We're not going to sell that table for $150". I guess they announce a sale on "All" specific items, except for those they choose not to sell at the sale price. There's no personality in there, no smiles, no normalcy. Beds, electric stoves, carpet squares, office chairs, lots of lovely curio cabinets, desks, some artwork, mirrors, and plenty of lamps, some books, and a little bit of kitchen ware. Remember to look up! There are a lot of ceiling lights suspended from pipes running overhead. The prices here are excellent. I'm a big advocate of reduce, reuse, recycle and this is a good location to find household items, some used, some new and your purchase supports the Habitat for Humanity mission. Win-win!

They have dining tables and chairs, desks, lamps and chandeliers, framed artwork and mirrors, and so much more. New inventory is constantly coming in. Everything is so much less expensive than any furniture store, even less expensive than Ikea, yet the quality is there. I got this very cute painting of a lighthouse in a beautiful white wood frame for $5. I also got a pouf for sitting for only $15. I have been looking for one of these for a while, they are super expensive, the one that matches my couch was $200. This one is black and white, pretty neutral, looks great and is such a bargain. I saw racks and racks of men's and women's clothing, shoes, accessories, footwear, household goods, dishes, and kitchen equipment in the front of the store. In the back of the store were CD's, record albums, thousands of books, collectibles and pretty much everything. I even saw three Pez dispensers with likenesses of former presidents. Much of the inventory is what I'd call vintage, which is a code word for "old". Those items may not be for everyone, but if you're into old dishes, bric a brac, dolls, China, wall hangings, glassware, jewelry, furniture, and lamps, well Favarh might just be what you're looking for. Today was 50% off day, and I scooped up two ties marked at $2 each for a grand total of $2.13. You might find a thrift store out there with better quality merchandise, but I'm not sure you'll find one with as much stuff as I saw here. And since their proceeds go to charity, it's well worth your time to check out their stock and see what bargains appeal to you.

I immediately found a Vineyard Vines sweater that I loved for $12. They have sales based on color of the day/week; I would ask the employee for that information. In the back section, they had household items, books, and miscellaneous items. You can also sign up for their free rewards card; you gain points from every purchase and that adds up for future discounts. Overall, a great thrift store and I look forward to shopping there.

Since then I have bought with Dinette depot a cafe table with two chairs, a dining room table with server, all over 19 years old and just recently purchased another cafe table with four chairs for a summer home. The quality, craftsmanship and pricing are excellent. My family started with 3 sons, and we are now at six grandchildren. And the furniture still survives! The inner booths are SO small and crowded, that my daughter didn't see a brass candle holder on a cramped shelf and inadvertently brushed it off, where it fell and broke a ceramic item on the floor. (Note: my daughter is 28, not a little kid.) They asked us to pay for it, which we did. I told the woman that I really feel those interior booths practically feel like a booby trap for the unwary. SO... it's a wonderful place, but PLEASE be aware that some booths are very cramped and crowded, and if you break it, you WILL buy it. I guess I should be glad it wasn't a more expensive item.
