I knew I couldn't just take home because the item was heavy as heck and if I took home I would put off and procrastinate. Wilson is centrally located on Washington ave north haven. Owner graciously met me downstairs, removed item from my car and took the time to inspect the item and point out the "gem" I procured as he compared my lounge to the "prefab won't-last-five-years chaise lounges of today. He asked questions on where the item will be stored (high traffic va low traffic areas of home) and when i answered he provided a plethora of fabrics to consider. Most importantly, he did NOT expect full payment that day! Whew!! What a relief. Starting a new business is expensive so not having to make full payment before work commenced made my day. Chair is absolutely a transformation. Comfortable and I can't wait to use as a prop. Love the oatmeal color I chose.

The years had not been kind to the chair, fabric needed to be replaced, padding worn and arm of the chair completely broken. Rich was great from start to finish. And a family heirloom should now see more generations to come. Thanks again Rich! Service and Skill are top notch. Rob

I immediately put the mattress protector on it so it didn't get larger, but other than that it is a fantastic bed!

As a business owner I deal with suppliers everyday. On a recent kitchen cabinet job I had an owner (against my advice) insist we use hinges from Rejuvenation. After a month of waiting for hinges and a few emails, I was told the remaining hinges would be shipped in 6 months. A phone call and 5 minutes later, Orion at Horton Brass processed my order . Better Hinges Shipped that same day. when I compared the two hinges, Horton was a superior product. Horton supplied Phillips head screws also, which is a big deal (you have the option for slotted). If you are in the market for high end brass hardware or hinges, Horton is the one to use.

Great Experience, Every Time... for Years!…read more We use Horton's high quality products for historical restorations and new designs both. They look great. All joints align perfectly. And high quality is consistent through multiple castings. In a time when greedy managements at other providers are substituting traditional parts with of low quality Asian knockoffs, it is reassuring to know that there are still makers of high quality parts that will last for generations. Horton also mentors its employees to learn the traditional work of casting, forming and cutting a quality offering of which they can all be proud.

This review reflects the online experience only. I did not visit an Ashley store…read more That said, I was satisfied with my purchase. The storage unit was a bit pricey but came fully assembled, so to me it was worth it. The only negative experience was that on the day it was supposed to be delivered, it spent the whole day traveling around in the truck only to be returned to the warehouse and delivered the following day. But that's a FedEx home delivery problem, I suppose.

We purchased two recliners, totaling almost $4000. We got notice that they were ready for delivery,…read moreso we called to schedule it. When we didn't get the expected notification the day before delivery with the time window, we called back and were told our delivery had been cancelled. This cost us a day's pay to take time off from work for the delivery. We scheduled delivery again, and this time it worked. However, one of the chairs delivered had a broken or misshapen connection piece for the chair back to slide onto the base. We had to refuse the delivery, and refused both chairs since they were a matching pair. The Newington CT store manager was called and while he was apologetic, we weren't confident that the problem would be solved. He did give us some updates in the following week, then he went on vacation. The woman covering him was new, not customer-oriented, and pretty clueless on what was going on. Eventually, our chairs were ready and we had a successful delivery. In the meantime, we reached out to another La-z-boy store in South Windsor, and the manager there was very helpful! She gave us answers when Newington couldn't. If anyone we know ever considers La-z-boy, we will tell them to avoid Newington at all costs, and choose South Windsor. It is baffling how such a well known brand has a store that is run so unprofessionally. We will not continue as a customer.
