The store is amazing with so many beautiful and unique things, however, they can be quite pricey so be prepared for that.

THE PRICE LIST ONLINE IS NOT CORRECT...their price list is from 2007, and they won't honor the…read morepublished prices...the prices have increased "15-20%", and the price of your order will not be what you expect. They responded with "our prices are subject to change," but a 2007 price list with significant differences in price? Not cool. Other issues I experienced... -- They never pick up the phone when you call...every extension goes to voicemail -- They don't call you back when they say they will -- They promise to ship on a certain day...then don't -- They only offer one type of shipping, which is over 3x higher than other options like USPS flat rate shipping -- They can't tell you whether what you've ordered is in stock, then tell you they'll call you back and let you know, but don't -- They don't send a shipping confirmation and tracking number automatically, you have to email them and ask (because they don't pick up the phone) Really not happy with my first customer experience with them. They need to change the price list more than anything, but I could've overlooked that if it weren't for the other issues that put my order arriving several days later than promised. I had a deadline. Their response? I should've paid more and used the expedited shipping. Not "we should have sent it out on the day that we promised we would." UPDATE: Got the box today, and the contents were VERY small. I thought maybe they were using UPS because they shipped enamels in containers that might not fit in USPS Small Flat Rate. No...they were in ziploc bags, and they could've easily fit 15-20 bags of enamel in the box. It was a total of 11 oz, and would've been $5.15 with USPS Flat Rate Box. Shipping was $16.50 with UPS. But they won't ship any other way. Bovano, please consider expanding your shipping options to provide your customers with more reasonable options.

There's an upstairs with a coffee table, a bean bag chair and two chairs (and lots of artists wares for sale on the wall). There are a few tables outside, so waiting until it's warm enough or ordering To-Go would be my suggestion. I shared pictures of the beautiful breakfast plates we received. The food was delicious! The sausage I asked for in my Eggs Benny was delicious! They were clearly homemade sausage that had a nice rosemary flavor. My husband's breakfast star was the chef made ham steak slices, and the rosemary sourdough toast. Yes, I recommend the food here! We were rather disappointed by the temperament of the person we assumed is the owner... when asked if they would please lower the music a little, because I'm healing from a traumatic brain injury (and it was blasting commercials and music; it wasn't a pleasant music track or album), said with an attitude "Sorry I can't control where the speakers are", and from that point seemed a lot less friendly. Her attitude didn't ruin the taste of the food, but this was a special outing (my first in 3 years since falling on black ice), near Goodspeed Opera House. This is a touristy area and people that run breakfast/brunch spots are usually friendly and eager to help with small requests. Often interactions with the restaurant staff adds greatly to the experience. Her sour grapes and refusal to help me feel comfortable by lowering it a smidge (I was already wearing noise cancelling ear buds, just so you understand how loud it was and that she didn't turn it down even a tiny bit), made breakfast less nice. We won't be returning ~ there are so many restaurants struggling to survive after Covid, we'd rather spend our time and money there.

A petite, delicate demure woman stepped out from the back room as I called out, "hello?" It turns out this woman is the owner, designer, upholsterer, button and piping sewer and your new best friend. I honestly have a girl crush on this powerhouse of a business woman. She is just the all around one woman show, the quintessential get-something-done-do-it-yourself lady. Plus her pricing is just so sweet, compared to the "designers" who send out their most available person (who only knows how to measure because before that they were plumbers, it happened to me) and then charge you triple for it. She has a van has an adorable store front and is just a pleasure to work with. Moito obrigado - she is from Portugal.
