Pilgrim Furniture has the least caring customer service managers I have ever encountered. Cheyenne does nothing to help. The Pilgrim furniture service department is worse . The manager ,Allison is a real piece of work. Neither of these "managers" even said "so sorry that every piece you ordered has a problem". Setting up a visit from the service techs to do the repairs was a bigger problem. Both Allison and Cheyenne were dishonest with me in the timing of the service techs arrival. I called a few times asking to speak with the owner- Kevin Vine- but he was already paid so it is obvious he could care less about his snotty, dishonest and unaccommodating managers. I urge anyone who reads this - do not go to the Pilgrim furniture store for anything - ever . Lastly, Mr Vine- I think your grandfather ,Ruby, would be mortified with the service your Pilgrim furniture store is lacking. I am still wait for your call. DO NOT GO TO PILGRIM FURNITURE!

Owner graciously met me downstairs, removed item from my car and took the time to inspect the item and point out the "gem" I procured as he compared my lounge to the "prefab won't-last-five-years chaise lounges of today. He asked questions on where the item will be stored (high traffic va low traffic areas of home) and when i answered he provided a plethora of fabrics to consider. Most importantly, he did NOT expect full payment that day! Whew!! What a relief. Starting a new business is expensive so not having to make full payment before work commenced made my day.
