They have so many appliances here, from coffee makers and blenders, to every single larger kitchen appliance, TVs, mattresses, even outdoor equipment such as grills. Dwight was very patient in showing a variety of washing machines that are similar to the one that needed replacing. We found an excellent one by Whrilpool. We agreed on a time and day their team would deliver the washer. Sure enough it was delivered as promised. They also hooked it up. The delivery was free. If you would like for them to dispose of an older, large appliance they can do that for you. I have been genuinely impressed with the selection at P.C. Richard & Son, their all around customer service and their product.

So much so that when I knew I would be moving into a new home in a retirement community west of Boston, I knew it was time to buy two nightstands to go with the bed. The Memorial Day Sale mailing made it happen. Fast forward to move-in date here where I discovered to my dismay that the wall for the bed wasn't wide enough to accommodate the new, as yet undelivered, nightstands! Scrambling th the help of my niece, I found two others on their website that would work. But would Pompanoosuc Mills honor an exchange of two custom made nightstands for these different ones? They would! Understandably they voiced a wish I'd realized this sooner--as did I, of course. The new nightstands won't be delivered until the first of the new year. But that is a very small price to pay for being able to deal with a company that has truly bent over backwards to keep a customer happy. Beautiful furniture made by a beautiful company staffed by beautiful people! So looking forward to getting the new nightstands and so thankful for all at Pompanoosuc Mills.

The sale was not marketed professionally or properly (if at all), She lists sale items on her personal Facebook page, which A. nobody pays attention to and B. is not allowed by Facebook terms of service. Not surprisingly, hardly anybody showed up to the sale, we sold a few items and still haven't gotten paid for the sale, nor have we received an itemized report of what was actually sold. The sale ended on July 28th and we've received no payment, nor have we heard anything from her except the offer of donating our clothing to her high school drama club or doing an online sale. Her website (http://hiddentreasuresales.com) states 26 years of estate sale experience, but her Facebook page says she started her business Aug. of 2018. (You decide). She was an exceptional lady to speak with, but her business and marketing skills are lacking considerably. ADVICE: Use a different company for your estate sale or downsizing. I overheard a fellow customer ask Silvia (the owner) if this was her family's home. It obviously was not, but that level of care and professionalism is something that I appreciated. I walked out purchasing several pieces for entertaining with great prices. Well worth the trip to this sale. Also, the signage to get to the sale was fantastic. The installers they use get paid by the job, they rush, finish in 1 day and get out of there. It's the worst "work" I have ever seen. This was the most expensive and time consuming mistake of our entire renovation. Customer service made the situation worse. Megan at the store was rude, dismissive, not solution oriented, and repeatedly blamed the customer instead of taking ownership of clearly documented installation failures. Measurements were incorrect, communication was horrific. Megan treats you like you should know how to design a kitchen and that you do it every day. She offers zero help and guidance. I had to call corporate to escalate the situation to have a second installer fix the kitchen which still was not properly corrected due to how terrible the first installers work was. Corporate refused to give me any sort of concession or discount. I honored my contract and paid on time. Cabinets To Go did not deliver professional installation, quality control, or accountability. Choose another company, I promise if you have an issue with this company they will not make it right. They will leave you with a kitchen that looks like it was done by a do it yourself homeowner. I recently when to Home Depot and spoke to a Wren Kitchen Representative. They have an amazing display of cabinets. So many beautiful option and everyone seemed so helpful. The cabinets come assembled already so there will be less margin for error. Cabinets to Go are not assembled and the installers put them together unevenly and bang them up. If I can help someone avoid the stress of what we just went through, I hope this review helps. It is so upsetting to look at my kitchen. It is terrible. But at least all of the big CEOs are making the big buck at cabinets to go. They don't care about people like us, remember that.

My first impression when I set foot into the business was just how gorgeous the store's design was. It was packed with colorful displays of every higher end pot, pan, serving dish, cup and saucer you might ever need. The color palette of the store is beautiful, and it told me that a lot of care went into organizing and displaying everything. Another thing I noticed was the grouping of related items, so if you wanted dishes to go with a Mexican or Asian-themed meal, you could set a great looking table from within a section. We also saw a lot of cookbooks, and I noticed that many of the items for sale were new and "in the box". There were plenty of quirky and niche collectibles to browse, and I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy your visit as much as we did. BTW, you will love chatting with Donna- she's a real gem!
