We've gotten dog treats here too. Our German Shepherd likes the Earth Animal No Hide chews that come in different flavors. We have not been able to find these anyway else local. Today we signed up for their membership which was quick and easy. The best part is they had a coupon for something we were buying we didn't know about and the lady helping us let us use it for each item - great service!

When it came time to purchase and I had made my decision of which furniture to buy ($300 recliner, loveseat, and a chaise), I realized there was not a package deal for the loveseat and chaise in that particular style, only for the sofa and chaise ($999). If I were to purchase a la carte for the loveseat and chaise, they would have been $499 each ($998 total). I asked the sales representative, George if there was anything that could be done to create a package for the loveseat and chaise where I would not be paying the same price as the sofa (it didn't make much sense to me to pay the same price for approx 26in less couch). George and another associate said they probably wouldn't be able to get a package deal for it and all was as is, which is fine, I've worked in sales I know how it goes. They called manager Matteo over to see if something could be worked out. I want to first say, George and the other associate were great, friendly, and helpful and this review is not about them. Matteo, however, was the epitome of a sleezeball salesman in my opinion. While he confirmed there was not a way to create a new package, he gave me some ridiculous excuse for the price stating I was paying for craftsmanship and not material so the difference in size of the couch was a moot point. I disagreed and stated that I was going to shop around and see what else was available in the area. After saying this, Matteo proceeded to make the comment that I would come back to Bob's nonetheless because they have the best prices in the area. This struck me as very arrogant and condescending, and thus I DID take my business elsewhere and made a large purchase at a competitor. While there was nothing wrong with the product, I do not want to give my business to a business that speaks to their customers in such a way.

World Market is such a beautiful store. There are isles of international cookies, chocolate and other goods. There's also beautiful furniture, pillows and kitchen items. I personally wouldn't invest in a couch from World Market because it's typically very expensive, and you can find similar items at other retailers. But they have unique accent chairs and small attractive furniture items. My favorite thing to get here, in addition to the chocolate, are the Christmas ornaments. They are so, so beautiful, and so unique. There is so much detail in each one. Now that it's after Christmas, they are all 50% off, making each one around $2.50 - $4.00. If you have a World Market in your area, I'd encourage you go and check them out. While some items are more expensive, the unique items, hard to find items and the nostalgic items are what it's worth stopping for.

Worst Customer Service…read more My experience there yesterday was not pleasant. I went to the store because I needed a few items for my home. While I was in the store I noticed an employee dressed in all black was in close proximity to every different department of the store I was in. I thought this may have been a coincidence until I purposely visited other sections of the store only to noticed this employee was not too far away. When I would turn around to look at her following me, she would pretend to stock the shelves ( with no stock in her hands) or fiddle with whatever merchandise was near her when I noticed her. This went on for 20 minutes. I was so offended and frustrated that I left without purchasing the items I needed. If you're going to have your staff follow people though out the store, maybe they could offer to assist the patron they are stalking.
