Came here in the middle of January and there were a ton of empty shelves. Clearly they are between seasons and a huge blowout Christmas clearance but the amount of shelves with nothing on them was weird. We found some stools on clearance but none were actually available including online. We asked a worker to verify and they were nice enough to look into their store inventory to see they were in fact out. It happened with a few items we looked at, nothing was actually available anymore. That being said maybe if you're they when they open you'll have a chance at some clearance items. They have a lot of cute affordable decor but the furniture itself seems its cousins with IKEA. (Not great quality in case you don't get the reference) I'd come back for decor but nothing else. This is a sister store to TJMax so you'll see some duplicates and be sure to check the tags to see what's made for that store and what's actual overstock from somewhere else. read more

Like what I saw when walking around getting an idea on what I need and where the price range is. Like knowing they get new shipments every Tuesday and Thursday so tells me stock is fresh. I'm more of a thrifter so not sure how much purchasing will be done here but certainly will pop my head in from time to time. read more

I absolutely hate the disgusting customer service of this store! The people who work here are rude and seem to feel inconvenienced by the customers! I just walked in here and of course no one greets anyone. It just operates like a warehouse. I ask an associate nearby who is sweeping the floor, "excuse me, where can I find cushions for this?" I point to a bench even though she's not really looking at me. She says without even really looking up, "if we have any they're over there" and points in the abyss. I walk toward that direction and there are plenty of cushions on a rack so the "if we have any" felt weird. Whatever! Ignored her negative vibe and go look at cushions. I bring one back to try on the bench and the SAME associate comes back toward me and starts sweeping the floor. Two other associates are standing around, talking, they're staring at me because I'm like surely someone else sees this right! But no they keep chit chatting while she's sweeping and trash and debris is literally getting on my shoes, I jump back away from the bench and just stand there thinking "surely she'll say excuse me or something" SHE DID NOT!!! She proceeded to sweep and since I stepped back she thought that's a good time to sweep closer to the bench and cushions I was looking at and going to buy today. I was so disgusted, I just walked straight out of the store!! I'm sure they didn't even notice! Ridiculous and disgusting energy all around! read more

I'm in love with Home Sense! I had never been to one before, and my friend and I ran in to check this store out before they closed for the night. It's actually a good thing we just did a quick run through 5 mins before closing or I'd have bought one of everything. I so need to go back soon to buy some adorable pumpkins for Halloween and to see what's in stock for thanksgiving and Christmas. read more

I came here for the first time yesterday to buy things for my new home. The store had lots of nice things but I can't bring myself to give a good review because the staff was incredibly rude. I put back one item in the wrong section and the associate yelled at me do effective could hear. She said "that's just not ok!" Well, I immediately went thru the store and put everything in my car back. I'm not coming back until they hire pleasant staff. It's not my job to put things back in the exact place, it's the staff's job. I was doing the best I could. read more

This store is awesome except if you have a return issue. We bought over $300 in merchandise and one picture frame was defective. The glass plates were too tight, pressed against each other, and it broke. When we went to return it...major hassle!!!! Then they couldn't figure out which frame it was, even though I agreed to settle for the lowest amount. Beware!!! read more

Home Sense - Will you marry me? I have never had as much joy shopping as I do shopping in your incredible store. I love-love-love your rugs, light fixtures, furniture finds, and home goods. When I walk into your store I am like a kid in a candy store, and I go into a shopping frenzy. I am constantly looking at the clearance items as they often are even more reasonable. This is Sport Shopping at its finest. Count me your NUMBER ONE FAN! As a Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Marshalls love, I've now got the icing on my cake at HOME SENSE!!!
