first of all your company is horrible at customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! second for you to have me answer these questions after i have already spoken to elaine (horrible person for customer service) and carl (who kindly offered a one time courtesy on the shipping and then revoked it because of elaine just horrible) paying for shipping on products that you said were in stock and then weren't and i had to drive to the store and there they were in stock is just horrible and the no empathy elaine gives is a lack in her personality and she shouldn't be representing your store!!!!!! then to send me an email to answer the questions that i just answered on the phone?!!!! why bother having a representative....and a horrible one at that??? thirdly on the invoice it clearly states that i won't be charged for any out of stock items ok well you took my money and still haven't returned the money for the items not in stock!!!!! irritating. your company is not what i thought and i won't be shopping there anymore. so disheartened. even the manager at the store told me i should call to get my shipping refunded. read more

I recently went with my wife today. To this establishment, so excited to see the 60% percent, 40% percent sales tags...as we walked through the store, my wife and myself had filled up the shopping cart when we went to go pay for it. that's when reality hit us...that whole. Sales tactic it was a farce .it turns out that's an old sales tactic to jack up the price and say that you're getting these percentages off of the sales price later on.... read more

People and service were very accurate , A pleasure to shop with this company. I'm a person that like bargains but quality at the same time and this people are just awesome in provide that kind of service highly recommend it. read more

My friend came to visit and she asked me to take her to Hobby Lobby because they don't have one where she lives. This was her favorite store. She makes greeting cards and this is where she found all the supplies and beyond for her craft. If you're at all creative, this is your store. Everything is here. They have all types of paints, with every type of finish, from matte to glitter. There's poster boards, that come in a whole rainbow of colors, with tie dye effects, clouds and butterflies. They have home decor, for whatever your style might be. There's some really cute decor for a kid's or a baby's room. As far as pricing, most items are priced average to other retailers that sell the same product. At Hobby Lobby you might find a 30 - 40% sale. For some reason the registers are not equipped with scanners, so the cashiers have to manually enter each sale. This sounds like so much more work than it needs to be. Hobby Lobby is a great store for anyone that's at all creative. They have yearn, thread, beads, paper goods, pens, even party supplies. read more

A great place to find craft needs. Several times I've made the mistake of trying other stores first...Joann, walmart, etc., and been unable to locate what I need. Then I come here, and just like that, they have what I need in four different varieties. The staff I've interacted with seem great, although I have not dealt with Customer Service directly, so I can't speak to that. read more

My go-to craft store in the area. They have a great selection of household items, baking supplies and crafting items. Store is clean and organized, and you can always find a staff member to help if you can't find something. They are following all Covid 19 protocols, and that is appreciated. I s add Leo like that the checkout line is managed well so you never stand in an endless line. read more

This place is my favorite store in Manchester! They always have killer sales especially when seasons change. Right now all spring decor is 75% off! Fall decor is 40% off. I typically don't buy things at full price bc they are a bit pricey plus it'll probably go on sale in weeks. I could spend hours in here! Tons of decor for everyone's taste! It's well organized and kept clean. Definitely grab a cart, or two! They're closed on Sundays which I think is great so all staff has at least one guaranteed day off! read more

I for one love this Hobby Lobby location. They always have everything I'm looking for, and I love whatever holiday stuff they have come in. The wedding section is sometimes hit or miss, but everything else is usually well stocked. read more

What's happening with Hobby Lobby....whole departments that I always shopped are on clearance...craft dept like ribbon wreaths , etc are becoming almost nonexistent......it's becoming overrun by house hold stuff. This used to be a awesome craft and sewing store. Crafting people are not happy, if this continues, I will not continue to shop here along with alot of crafters. Very very disappointing. read more

We always stop in when near a Hobby Lobby as they have the greatest stock of crafts and knickknacks around. Their seasonable section has a lot of nice decor that is priced to sell. read more

Omg guys, this is my FAVORITE place, it has everything. And yes people, many items here are cheaper than some competitors. I bought so many Christmas items and they are much cheaper than Walmart...... It's like having Joanns and Michaels under one roof with high quality items. If you have a little money or a lot, there's plenty there for you. Keep in mind that they are closed on Sundays. read more

I used to come in here all the time but these past months the service has really been on an incline and not a good one. The customer service here is terrible and the girl that is supposedly the new customer service "manager" is so rude and out of pocket. There used to be a different manager Mckenna that was very nice and sweet, especially to my kids, I remember from last year, where did she go??? I am very unsatisfied with my past few visits. Plus no Halloween decorations??? I'm going to Michael's. read more

What the HECK happened to the "customer service?" The service is TERRIBLE! Whoever the customer service person is at the registers isn't the usual girl who's there and that's a shameful thing to see. What happened to McKenna? She was so nice, patient and always so sweet to my kids. Bring her back! I'm not going back unless she's there! And for goodness sake fire the girl at the front! She's rude and not nice to older people from what I've seen. I feel bad for this store. Do better. read more

I have no idea how tonight was my first time going to Hobby Lobby. Someone needs to invent a time machine so I could fix that huge mistake! I typically went to the other craft stores for my decor, florals, and art supplies until my friend convinced me to check out Hobby Lobby instead - I am not disappointed I did! It is overwhelming how much decor they have from signs, clocks, baskets, etc. They also have different styles which is not typical these days in my opinion since mostly I only see rustic. There were aisles for kids rooms and man caves/garages as an example. The best part by far was the floral selection. I was amazed at the greenery available! The quality also seemed better than other stores. PSA: Don't forget to check online for the coupons (if they don't have the general 40% or so, you can also check Michael's or Joann's coupons and ask them to match). read more

They need to cut back on the southern Christian/gun-toting products. This is Connecticut! So, I only go here if I can't find something at Joann's or Michaels. read more

Love the store. I can get lost in there for hours looking at their home décor and craft items. Sometimes it is frustrating that they are not open on Sundays, but good for them for sticking to what they believe in! read more

My first visit at hobby lobby and this is located in the Home Depot plaza. This store is so well organized very well maintained. This is a pit stop for any craft projects, everything available under one roof.Fabrics, photo frames, home decor, baking items, jewelry making stuffs, wool, threads, etc. The staff is good and attentive to your needs. Good pricing too. Loads of things in clearance too and pretty decent stuff for a good price! Loads of shopping carts and parking spots. read more

I am an avid autograph an collectibles collector. I brought in for the second time some autographs to be mated and framed. This time it was going to be $93.00. As i was telling about some of the celebrities, politicians, pastors and such that that had autographed prints of my 1969 essay while standing at the framing counter with my wife of 56 years an associate said to me if its Trump's don't bother to bring it in". This reminds me of Proverbs 26:18-19 18-19People who shrug off deliberate deceptions, saying, "I didn't mean it, I was only joking," Are worse than careless campers who walk away from smoldering campfires. 18-19People who shrug off deliberate deceptions, saying, "I didn't mean it, I was only joking," Are worse than careless campers who walk away from smoldering campfires. read more

After hearing rave reviews about Hobby Lobby from some of my coworkers, I couldn't wait to check it out! I'm not a crafty or diy type person at all, but I heard that Hobby Lobby had great decor and furnishings so this is mainly why I wanted to go. Conveniently located off of I-84 near Home Depot, Hobby Lobby is set back where Sports Authority used to be. The store is huge and has everything under the sun. From the usual crafty supplies like yarn, fabric, and scrapbook supplies to an enormous selection of decor ranging from framed pictures to small shelves, you really could spend hours in this store!! Not only is there such a large variety of items to shop for, but the prices were good and there were lots of sales. After going to Hobby Lobby, I don't have any interest in Michael's or Joann Fabrics. Check it out, even if you're a non-crafty person like me; you'll love it! read more

I was introduced to Hobby Lobby when I lived in Oklahoma City. That is where they are based. I saw this Hobby Lobby had opened in Manchester. I really felt like home when I walked in. Hobby Lobby usually have a few different store outlines. The staff is very friendly even when doing returns. I actually try to stay out of HB! I can spend way to much money here! read more

Hobby Lobby is a creative person's "Paradise!" All of the merchandise is carefully displayed, I mean with true love and care. You may not ever find merchandise discarded or negligently displaced on the floor. The company's integrity is high. On my visit I shopped for 8 hours. I found everything I was looking for in one place! You know how you will be shopping to buy candles and other stores may not sell the size you need, the fragrance, the jar or holder. The color, the style, the ingredients, the wick, or the kit you may need however Hobby Lobby sells everything you will need from their diverse selection of vendors! Their employees were knowledgeable on where to find merchandise in the store as well as merchandise that was on sale and the merchandise that was not on sale. I was totally impressed! I spent $$$ when I left the store! read more

Home decor, custom frames, fabric and sewing, floral and wedding, party and baking -- there's certainly no shortage of DIY supplies at Hobby Lobby. They carry a variety of arts & crafts materials, party supplies, fabric & home-decor items. However, when we went to look for puzzles, their inventory was very limited. Other notable stuff include wearable art, jewelry making, scrap-booking and paper crafting supplies. If you sign-up for the email newsletter or visit their website, there is usually a coupon floating around! Mon-Sat: 9am-8pm, closed Sun read more

I'm one of those shoppers that likes to go to the store and shop around for house décor. So I finally went to Hobby Lobby after a friend of mine promised me that I wouldn't walk out disappointed.. When I walked in I said "oh its like Michaels and AC Moore put together, no big deal." with a disappointed tone in my voice. After actually going down some isles I looked like my 4 yr old when we take him to toy r us. I was zipping thru every isle and my face just kept lighting up isle after isle. This is nothing compared to craft stores. My friend was right......I was walking around with a permanent smile on my face. I have to say I was beyond impressed with the home décor. I loved how they have a little of everything, from trendy to vintage. The hubby found a couple of isles that interested him and so did our child so this is really a store for all to enjoy. The prices were very reasonable and they accept competitors coupons. They also have their own weekly coupon that you can download from their website. The wall art section has the best selection Ive seen in a while. They have everything that you see on pinterest! Best off all the stuff is not defective like the stuff you get at homegooods and the prices are better..... right now they have 50% off. They also have furniture! I certainly didn't walk out disappointed, this will be my go to store for sure! read more

I live in CT and the Hobby Lobby here does not take competitors coupons, which hurts me. But they do have their own 40% off coupon I use every time I can. Love checking out their clearance area wall, sometimes it's a hit or miss at times but definitely great and a must to check out. It's like discovering treasure lol. They have great stuff. Also love if you can't find something anywhere else they probably have it or get it first!!!!! To me Hobby Lobby is the Three stores gloriously combined Joanne's cause they sell fabric, JOANN,Michaels ACMoore because they sell Jewelry DIY's, yarn etc. & stuff you can't find at times in the other three and they are slash Home Goods store for their glorious Home Decore. read more

Bought a breakable vase at the Manchester Hobby Lobby, the cashier just stuck it in a bag without any extra wrapping to protect it. The store was closing, the vase was broken in the bag before I had a chance to lay it in the car. Tried calling the next day, the phone rang and rang and then someone hung up on me. Got to go back the next day and the manager said I'd get my money back this time, but if this happens again it's my responsibility!! Gee even Walmart wraps their breakables well. This manager claimed that tissue paper was just to protect from scratches. Maybe you could use a couple of bags for protection? Watch out folks!!!! Personally I'm going elsewhere where Management has some common sense. read more

LOVE. Hobby Lobby is my favorite craft store! They always have deals and coupons for almost everything and it's all super easy to find. Not to mention the aisles and aisles of home decor for any theme that is super cute, also helps me with ideas that I can create. They have their own brands that are cheaper than name brand but just as good quality wise. Definitely my number one place for my crafts hands down!! read more

We usually do our craft shopping at the other crafty stores. This was our fist visit to HL and I was impressed. The quality of the goods seemed higher than we're used to at the AC/M/JF chains. Awesome place....l always go to look and always end up buying something. Nice folk too.
