This behavior made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the point that we decided to leave without completing our shopping. If she was worried we were stealing she could at least be less obvious about it. On my most recent trip, I purchased the peach rings with tajin, mango chili taffy, fat free coffee flavoring, supplements, and home decor. I noticed that the aisles were really cramped especially walking through with a cart; it will not fit two carts so if there is another person in the aisle, there might be a cart accident lol. Cashiers has been pretty friendly so far. This is the closest HG to me so I'll be frequenting it.

From the moment you walk in everyone is pleasant and happy to be there. I was very fortunate because it was Wednesday Maria was there to help me fumble my way through things. She even went above and beyond by 1) staying past her scheduled time & 2) when she really needed to go she made a little sample for me to follow with written instructions. As soon as I got back to my friend's house, I realized that I needed a size 2, not the size 5 that I bought. My friend told me she'd return them for me since we were leaving for Virginia the next morning. Well, it didn't matter anyway. I really wish I had known that needles are not returnable when I bought them because the return was refused. I see now that it is clearly stated on the website under FAQs that needles are not returnable. Too bad I can't use them. Actually, I have been knitting for 44 years and this is the first time I've heard of this policy at a knit shop although there are probably some shops that do this...just not any of the ones at which I shop. So, whatever you are buying here, do be sure that you are getting exactly what you need, or you may end up, as I did, with something you don't need.
