The one downside to this boutique, is that the prices are a bit high. I saw a tiny and precious dress for a three month old infant priced at $60! This may not be your everyday essentials type of store, it's more of special occasion or family picture type of place, so it's ok to splurge a bit on that special outfit. I went to try it on and it literally dug into my bone of my wrist it was so small. I do not have large wrists and have NEVER had a problem buying bracelets. I wear all my watch bands on the smallest adjustment. have NEVER had a bracelet not fit me. So I went to the company website reviews and saw that everyone was complaining that the bracelet was the size of a child's bracelet. So, the company is selling a basically defective bracelet that is being marketed for adult women but is the size of a child. That is disingenuous at best. They know it's too small and they continue to sell it. So my beautiful Mother's Day present is going to be returned. I asked for the money back so I could give it to my daughter to buy me something else and they refused even though I had a gift receipt. They suggested I keep it and just look at it in the box since I couldn't wear it because it doesn't fit. Never setting foot it there again. If you are looking for a give with any sentimentality to it do not shop here. I was actually shocked at such poor customer service. Their entire customer service policy is "oh well..too bad...we already have your money so we don't care". Not the reputable company I thought they were. UPDATE: I contacted someone from their corporate office and her solution was to make me pay to ship it to her in California and she will send me a check for the amount of the bracelet so this company does not care at all about customer service. I guess if everything goes well this store is great but if you have a problem, too bad for you. See

It was a large and organized store with a petite section. The employees seemed friendly. I don't usually shop at Talbots because it's not my style and it's very pricey. I feel like the style caters more for more mature women. My mother-in-law loves it; she's purchased gifts for me from there and we've sent her gift cards for there as well. On this visit, we were shopping on New Year's Eve. There were some pretty sweaters on display; they were on sale at half off which still came to $50 a piece. Overall, if this is your style, it's not a bad store. As for my taste right now, it would'nt be on my radar for when I go clothes shopping.

I decided to go for the socks, since I was tired of being in this store, and not finding anything. Socks are $11.50 each, I chose three pairs so I could get them and be on my way. Subject: Urgent Complaint - No Response to Address Correction Request…read more Dear LOFT Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment with the lack of response to the three emails I sent regarding an urgent issue with a recent order. Within 15 minutes of placing the order, I noticed that the shipping address was incorrect. I immediately sent three separate emails requesting that the address be corrected before the order was processed or shipped. Despite the time-sensitive nature of the request, I never received a single reply. I then spent nearly an hour on hold waiting to speak with someone, only to be told that the fix was "very easy" and could be handled once the tracking number was received. What was not mentioned at that time was that it would cost me $22.98to make that change--a fee I find unacceptable given that I made every effort to correct the error in a timely manner and was ignored. Now, the item is being shipped to Florida, while I am located in New York. This situation could have easily been avoided if someone had simply acknowledged and acted on my emails. I am requesting an explanation as to why no one responded to my repeated attempts to contact your team. As a long-time customer, I find this experience very disappointing and not in line with the service I expect from LOFT. I look forward to your prompt response.
