I have used some of their pieces to furnish corporate and residential spaces, and my clients have been very pleased! Their case goods and accessories are a great value, with so many nice pieces to choose from. The staff is so helpful and nice to work with! Went in to get a recliner and I'm not a fan of not being able to buy what I see. If I wanted to wait 2-3 weeks for a delivery I woulda shopped online. I wish I read the other reviews before buying anything from this company... First know that that are all franchises, even the online website. The store prices are double the online plus delivery/setup fees. If you have an issue with the furniture the store won't do anything. You have to deal with the distribution center. We purchased a coffee table, of course it showed up damaged and they still delivered it.. they refused to take it back and insisted that they be allowed to fix it which my wife didn't agree too but got stuck with. I followed up the next week and after several conversations over the week find that parts ordered take 7-10 days just to ship so you're stuck with broken furniture for at least a month.. Unacceptable, I asked for a complete refund and to have the damaged item removed. Then they hit you for a 25% restock fee and do not refund delivery charge just to stick it to you on the way out.. I wish I had read reviews of this store prior to entering. I bought 2 power recliner couches, 1 power recliner chair, 1 lift top cocktail table and 1 end table. My set arrived yesterday, less than 24 hours ago, and less than 2 weeks after I bought i and I realized I needed a few more items to compliment the set as well as a bedroom set. I went online to purchase and upon further review online the chair, lift top cocktail table and end table were all cheaper ~ 400. When I contacted the company they notified me since the furniture was delivered, less than 24 hours ago, a price adjustment could not be obtained. For 400 dollars to make something right they would rather lose a customer and another 4000-dollar purchase. Beware of their practices and shop online rather than instore. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. So to preface, I moved cross country and needed to furnish my new apartment. I ended up deciding to go with Ashley's because I liked their selections. However, the service I received was absolutely horrible.. first, the prices the store offered me were significantly higher than the website prices. When I asked why there was a difference, I was told it was because I was utilizing their 60 month 0% interest payment plan option...seems like false advertising to me if they just raise their prices to accommodate 0% interest payment plan ordered. Then, of course, delivery was late and when I called to see what the status was after waiting with absolutely no communication from the store or the warehouse, I was told by the customer service rep that I spoke to that she didn't know what was happening. Meanwhile, though, I was sleeping on the floor for almost 2 weeks because of this mix-up. Worst store Ashley Furniture store is by far the Furniture store with refurbished furniture and the store manager Bob Ahern is very disrespectful, rude and very very nasty to costumers who are paying thousands of dollars for furniture. According to him financing 10000 worth of furniture is not paying for furniture so he regards us as useless to Ashley furniture. I would never recommend Ashley Home Store to anyone as I believe it is engaged in deceptive sales practices. Notably, Ashley lied to me about the expected date of delivery when I purchased a loveseat, then six weeks later it lied in stating that the loveseat left the factory (a lie that Ashley admits to as the loveseat never left the factory) and now refuses to issue a refund even though its internal records show that there is no pending order! This deception is so horrendous that I have been forced to file complaints with the BBB and the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection to help obtain the refund to which I am clearly entitled. By way of background, I placed an order for a loveseat on September 9, 2020. I was told by salesperson Carl Lyon, prior to placing the order that, due to COVID, there would be a four-week delay in delivery, and that the tentative date for delivery would be October 9, 2020. I was later told that the tentative date of October 9, 2020 needed to be changed to a confirmed delivery date of October 24, 2020. The reason it is clear that October 24, 2020 date was a confirmed date (and not a tentative date) is that (i) Ashley never sought to revise the delivery date and (ii) because (according to Ashley), it had left the factory. When I called the store on October 25, 2020 to ask about the loveseat, I was told to call back on October 27, 2020. On October 27, 2020, I was told that the loveseat had been on a truck but that the truck was involved in a motor vehicle accident on its way to a "warehouse." I then spoke with an Ashley manager, Clint Taylor, and requested that Ashley provide a tracking number so I could verify what I was told. Ashley refused that request, stating that only store employees could track the shipping status and verify that the loveseat had left the factory. After I pressed Ashley on this issue, it admitted it had lied! Specifically, Ashley acknowledged that no loveseat ever left the factory. Adding to Ashley's deception concerning the "truck story", Ashley now confirms that I have no pending order! Since there is no pending order for a loveseat, I am undisputedly entitled to a return of my $1,031.57. Ashley cannot legally keep money for non-existent orders, yet it continues to refuse to issue a refund. Simply put, Ashley took my order based on false pretenses: that the expected delivery delay would be only four weeks. It then sought to deliberately mislead me concerning the delivery status by falsely telling me that the loveseat had left the factory. Thereafter, it confirmed--in writing--that there is no pending order. Yet, despite this serious deception and no pending order, Ashley is refusing to issue a refund. This is reprehensible. read more

I visited the showroom and found a dresser and 2 nightstands, a mirror and bureau which seemed wonderful-sturdy, drawers opened and closed like a dream, etc. When they delivered (one of the delivery guys was very hostile) the furniture it seemed very cheap. Totally different than in the showroom. I didn't test the drawers, etc, because WHO DOES THAT while delivery people are waiting? Like, the drawers worked in the showroom why would I guess they would be crap? The delivery guy literally said "oh, you're getting us a tip?" when I went into the other room as they were leaving. He was right, but talk about tacky. HERE IS THE BEST PART: I called to say that the furniture was wobbly, the drawers were terrible and were hard to open and close, etc. and that I didn't want to keep the furniture and they told me I would have to pay a THIRTY PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE. Let me repeat, A THIRTY PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE. So I ended up keeping the crap because I can't afford to lose a thousand dollars. I have the joy of trying to make the stuff work but it's unlike any furniture I have ever had. Went to Ashely Store at Bucklands Hill on 9/13/19 and bought a sofa loveseat for $639 incl del. What we got a customer service nightmare. First sofa delivered three weeks after and the legs could NOT be attached. I refused shipment and was told a new sofa would be delivered the following week. Replacement sofa delivered 13 days later and this one also had a leg that could not be attached. I Kept sofa since they promised a resolution in a few weeks. Got a call from the Manchester store saying I needed to purchase a maintenance plan to get the sofa fixed for $109. Why? I refused and said this was NOT something I did since the product was defective. The main store person I was speaking to was rude and outright nasty. I spoke to manager and she said she would look into it. We were promised a call back. After three days and Not getting any call, I called and again asked about status of repair. Was told they would look into this. Got a call back and said repair scheduled for the 29th, which is 46 days after we made the purchase. I'm assuming this saga might be over? Our recommendation - NEVER GO TO ASHLEY FURNITURE IF YOU WANT THE BEST SERVICE AND THE BEST DEAL. read more

My wife and I of 59 years went to the Ashley Furniture store in Manchester Connecticut to buy a sofa. We were told by the salesperson that all their furniture was made in America by Ashley. We have had bad experiences from sofas made in China, etc.; we picked out a sofa and told since the backorder for this by Ashley in the USA plant would take from 1 to 4 months to arrive. Well it only took 6 weeks for to be delivered to out home in Windsor CT. But guess what it was made in Vietnam. We called the salesperson and he said that he was unaware, he even asked us to check all the tags under the cushions it said Made in Vietnam. We told him it was not made in the USA but Vietnam and he gave us a number told to call the corporate office. I don't blame him I blame the company to tell the manger and down and down to the customer like my wife that we make furniture in Vietnam and who knows where else Ashley tries to save a buck. I only try to buy American especially from the Amish and true American companies. Here we thought was a TRUE American Company or else we have gone elsewhere. Whew. I have been to Ashley's in Florida and what a different experience in Manchester. The sales staff is great but the store manager is awful. We were ready to buy and the store manager could not make a decision on how much to charge for delivery. We waited for a price to only find out he went to lunch- after he returned, was told he could not get back to us in 5 days. I guess they don't need our business that bad? I just ordered online. Wish I could rate it less than 1. Visited the Manchester NH Store on 4/15/22, 3 people (Grandmother, Mother and young adult son). We were looking to purchase furniture for a living room, bedroom and dining room, complete furnishing for these rooms. Not financing but had actual cash on hand. We completely walked around the first level, took our time commenting on what we liked and discussed the apartment it was going in. Really took our time. Walked past the front desk with 3 employees behind the desk and 3 salespeople standing right near it. 1 customer was seated filling out paperwork. Not another person in the store. NOT one single employee said hello or acknowledged our presence, nothing! Totally ignored us. Took the elevator to the second level and walked all around, again taking our time. WE were literally there 45 minutes and, in that time, not one employee interacted with us. Totally horribly rude customer service. My guess is Ashley Home Store in Manchester NH does not need a cash paying customer to buy their furniture! I was shocked and amazed that the store employees just stood around doing absolutely nothing but chatting with each other. No wonder the parking lot was empty and there were no customers. Obviously I should have read the reviews here first, and listened to them! Wow! Absolutely terrible experience. I called this store in the morning to ask if they kept the couch I wanted in stock, or if I had to order it in order to come pick it up. I was told that they did keep it in stock, and I could pick it up at the warehouse. I asked if they had more than one in stock, because we had to drive an hour and I didn't want it to be sold before we got there. I was told yes, they have more than one in stock. So we hired a guy, and we drove an hour to go get the couch. When we get there, we're told we had to order it. This was exactly what I asked earlier, and was told we didn't! So we ended up just ordering it, and opted for delivery since we had already driven there once for nothing. We called later after discussing it, and asked if the delivery fee could possibly be waived because we were given wrong information. No, there was nothing they could do because it was a third party delivery company. Also, the manager "talked to the girl you talked to, and there wasn't that communication with her." Excuse me? Okay, so we asked if their calls were recorded. She "couldn't disclose that information." We reminded her that accriding to state law, we have the right to know if we're being recorded. Okay, yes, we were. So we asked that the previous call be reviewed. She said she would look into it, and get back to us the next day. Next day comes, no call back. So we call them. As soon as they hear our name, we are put on hold and someone else comes on the phone. We explain our story once again, and ask if anything can be done. Maybe a refund on the couch? Nope, nothing can be done. So we just ended up cancelling our order, because we'd just rather not give them our business. Also, no military discount because "the couch came down in price from $700." I had been researching this couch for over a month, and it had been the same price the entire time. Also, no proof of this "sale" anywhere. It had consistently been the same price the entire time, and I have never seen it for $700. We were consistently lied to and given the run around. I went to the Manchester CT store in December. The Salesman Mike listened to what I was looking for and then let me browse the store. He was there if I had questions but didn't hover. AND then there comes his Manager. Ugh what a piece of work he is. Demeaning to his employees and trying to push me to buy items I wasn't there to buy. I bought a bedroom set and saw a floor model bed that I also purchased. When the furniture was delivered (days after the promised delivery date) the delivery guys told me that the floor model bed was broken. They said that the store manager told them I knew it was broken and still bought it. WHAT!? Why would I buy a broken $500 bed? They called the store to let them know I was refusing the bed and the store manager tries to talk me into keeping it offering a discount. NO. I sent it back. I just received my statement and the floor model bed was removed from my account however the $650 deposit I made is not reflected on the statement. Ugh! Another call to this store. Worst Customer Service/Furniture ever. Purchased a sleeper set that broke in less than 6 months. Taken in for repairs and a month later, BROKEN again....Spoke to Store manager Sean and Customer Service Rep. Lisa on December 26th 2015 and was told they would get back to me end of the week and it's been a MONTH and no resolve. The Sleeper is still under warranty, but they won't even answer calls/emails about this issue. Had to file a formal complaint with BBB to get a resolve. My experience of buying furniture was beyond exceptional with Alex (store manager) and his team members. Alex and his team were really patient and worked beyond store hours to help us buy everything we needed. I beleive the team stayed over 2 hours to help me with the purchase. At no point, it seemed that they were selling me something I didn't want. Alex grabbed different pieces such as lamps, rugs and paintings from different corners of the store and put it together to help me visualize with the look and feel of my home. I would highly recommend this store and I bet you will have a life experience shopping with this honest, hardworking and customer centric team. read more

Purchased a Darcy Sofa with Chaise. Or at least that's what I was lead to believe throughout the entire sales process by Jomell. Flash forward to delivery and it is delivered without the chaise. Like a fool I signed for it since I had already gotten rid of my old couch and figured I'd be able to work it out with the store. I contacted the store the same day and was told they would talk to Jomell the next day and order me the missing parts. I was very satisfied at this point but come Monday I realized we hadn't set a delivery time or day and called back. The person answering the phone had no knowledge of my problem and said my file didn't have any notes on the matter. He took my phone number and said he would contact me when he had more information. I guess he was never able to get more information because two days later I still hadn't received a call back. Imagine my surprise when I called the store and spoke with the general manager l, Melissa, who said this was the first she was hearing about any of it, but according to my order I had only ordered the couch. She , quite generously (/s), offered to waive the shipping fee on the chaise but I would have to pay the price difference. I told her that was unacceptable as I had already paid the price of the sofa with chaise, to which she replied that she wasn't sure what she could do and would have to contact her boss but would call me back within half an hour if not sooner. An hour later she called me back. It was now impossible to just order the chaise but if I was willing to pay a 20% restocking fee as well as a return delivery fee they would gladly swap it out for me. I found these conditions unacceptable and contacted Ashley furniture corporate customer care. This is when I was told that the Manchester store is independently owned and operated and the best they could do is ask the owner to contact me. All in all I guess it's my fault for thinking the $499.00 sofa with chaise I said I wanted and was told I was getting was the same as the one that was online for $499.00. I really should have known I was was paying a $200.00 Mark up for just the sofa. I guess the pleasure of dealing with a sales staff that has no one to hold them accountable justifies that though. Final recommendation: avoid this store at all cost unless you want to sit on something before you buy it. Even then if you must have an Ashley Furniture product, buy it online you'll get a better price anyway. I also must say that if Jomell approaches you just walk away. Ordered a storage bed online and bought two set of drawers of it (to have a set of drawers on each side of the bed). The delivery men come and that's where it went south. First they complained about my driveway and how they couldn't back in. Then gave attitude when i wouldn't give them permission to drive on our lawn (i told them our septic system was in the front and driving a heavy truck could damage it). They finally get everything inside and demand that i turn off my ac because the room was too cold for them (it was 95 degrees and 70% humidity the day they delivered). I turned it off and sat in my living room which is adjacent to the bedroom, i am literally two feet from the bedroom door and hear them talking "yeah had to tell the woman to turn it off, it's frozen in here" they laugh and then say "yeah women be liking everything cold". The men built the bed and proceeded to ask very personal baiting questions -how long had i lived here, -who lived in the house -what my work schedule was like -what kind of dogs i had in the other room -how old i was -was there a man in the house. In addition they also only brought one set of drawers. Later after they left i went outside and saw that a planter pot had been smashed. So i called the warehouse and was told (by arlene)to send pictures, i did. I was told also that the drawers were back ordered and they would call to schedule a new delivery when they had them back in. Fast forward three weeks, arlene never called me back after i left several messages. But they are delivering the drawers so they called to give me my delivery time, when I mentioned I hadn't gotten a call back about the planter i was told "she got all the messages and she couldn't do anything about it." I mentioned the behavior of the delivery men was also not addressed by her and was told he would give her a message. Called a corporate number and they eventually got her on the phone. I was transferred to arlene and she spent 30 minutes or more saying how she asked her delivery men and they didnt break it and since i dont have video and didnt see them break it that she believes them. She then told me they have never had complaints about the delivery men and everyone loves them and "maybe you took what they said the wrong way or read into it too much". She said she would talk about the ac comment but that "the comfort and safety of my men is top priority" She said there was no other crew to deliver it and the only option i had was to pick it up and assemble it myself. read more

Do not purchase anything from Ashley Furniture. They have horrible customer service. Bought a reclining couch and two months later, the couch would not go down no matter what I tried. I immediately called customer service and set up an appointment for a tech to come check it out and I had to wait 18 days... all the while I had to not use my couch and it was stuck in the back/up position. The day the tech was supposed to come, ended up spending hours on hold and they never scheduled the service. I now have to wait until the end of January 2019 to have someone come out. Worst experience ever. I ordered my furniture over 2.5 weeks ago and I still haven't received it, but I paid in full on the date I ordered. I was also advised the wrong date each time I followed up. They admitted their wrong and attempted to offer alternative pieces of lesser value of which I declined. I'm now having to do a self pick up on the love seat in order to get this piece of furniture b4 the full sofa which won't be ready until the following week. After all the inconvenience they will not waive this delivery fee, and would have me wait another week until the full size couch is ready. I have an empty living room and will NEVER shop here again. I bought two rooms full of furniture and made it very clear that I must have all of the old furniture removed or I would not buy the new furniture. They charged me for the removal but when they arrived the delivery men stated "hell no we aren't doing that. They will do anything to make the sale." I called the store and was told that I was supposed to try to remove the furniture-they charged for removal. Until I said I was refusing the delivery did I get someone moving to fix it. Based on Ashely's reputation, I thought the purchasing process was going to be smoother and more organized than a discount furniture store. When we bought our couch, we were told that once the item arrived at the warehouse we would be contacted with a delivery date. We received an email a five days later informing us that someone would contact us with more information two days later. Three days after the email we still hadn't received a call, but they had charged our card for the full amount. So we called Ashley and they had no idea how we received that email, and had me forward it back to them. We received the correct email a few days later and received the call as scheduled. The whole process took two weeks. I am happy with the quality but would not go through that process again. read more

Try dealing with the service and delivery side, the man behind the curtain who runs the Operations office in Enfield will never return a phone call. I purchased a bedroom set in September 2020, yes we know delivery times were impacted by COVID however, it took 4 attempts to get my order correct or undamaged. Countless calls to the office in Enfield and you cant get past the receptionist. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE you will ever experience. My set is finally whole March 2021 - 6months!! I have called Mr. Ahearn, Dir of Operations (man behind the curtain) no less then 7 times and no response, once they have your money don't expect much. One would think with the competition around they would make a little attempt at building customer satisfaction and brand loyalty beyond the sale. THE WORST!! Stay far, far away. I ordered furniture from this store on June 28th. Before the order, Linda informed me that the item couldn't be delivered until July 22nd. I agreed to the date. Well, guess what, when I called the store to confirm delivery on July 20th they told me the furniture wasn't scheduled to arrive to the warehouse until July 24th or 26th. I explained over and over to the moron who answered the phone that the delivery date was scheduled when I ordered the furniture and she told me the salesperson wasn't supposed to do that. HOWEVER, on the paperwork I have from Ashley it states, "Our #1 goal in customer satisfaction is to reassure your in store to delivery is an enjoyable experience." (LIE). It goes on "At the time of your sale you should have selected a delivery date that best fits your schedule"... Then why was I told the salesperson isn't supposed to talk delivery date?? We spoke to the warehouse and receptionist (none were apologetic) and finally Linda did admit to giving us a delivery date and apologized. We spoke to both Linda and her manager and they informed us that it would be delivered the following weekend (this weekend, July 29th), so again I called today (July 27th) just to make sure it was on the books. Well AGAIN, I was told the furniture isn't in the warehouse yet, but should be in tomorrow. Now the issue is they don't have a truck to deliver it because all trucks have been scheduled! This company is the epitome of shady!!! They take your money and then hold your furniture. When you try to speak to anyone worth their salt they all pass the buck. Delivery was prompt and smooth. Luckily for us our furniture was in stock. Awful. Bought and paid in full an item on the 7th. Told me it would arrive on the 11th. Called on the 13th and no one owned up to saying it would be delivered to the warehouse on the 11th. Making me look like a liar. Here it is the 17th, have called three more times, and EVERYONE is telling me a different date, and they keep pushing it back. Customer service blows and they just make up policies as they go. Still have no idea when it will arrive. Can't believe they charge 110 bucks for a delivery fee. I would cancel but there's a 20% restocking fee. Employees on the phone and rude and don't give a cr*p about the customers. NEVER order from here unless you don't need your furniture for a year from now!!! Never shop here!! Go to Raymour & Flannigan! Heck go to Bob's!! This place is an utter nightmare. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service and furniture buying experience I have ever had. We purchased a table over a MONTH ago and STILL have not received it. At the time of purchase NO ONE told us that it was on backorder, so when we called about a week later to ask why we haven't received our table yet they casually told us that it would be another two weeks. After the two weeks had passed we called again to schedule delivery, and were told that we would be receiving it tomorrow, and to call the day before for a time slot. Called today and were told that all the trucks are full and we have to wait until next week? No one was apologetic, or even in the slightest bit kind. Every employee we have spoken to has been rude and incredibly unhelpful. We asked to speak to a manager and she was the worst of them all. Do NOT waste your time buying from Ashley Furniture. We have had no dining table for over a month and it has been extremely inconvenient. If the employees had actually done their job, and NOTIFIED us that it would be so long until we receive the table we would have gone elsewhere because we needed one A MONTH AGO. We have been very tempted to just cancel the order and get our money back but we have waited for so long and just want the table already. We walked into this store to check out some reclining sofas. Not one rep showed up, as they were busy talking. We liked one reclining sofa and got hold of the rep to know the price. The price that we are told was almost 40% more that what we are told at Newington, which also serves our area. I am never going back. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. hands down worst experience AND quality ever item ever. Where do I even start. 1. Delivery was scheduled for a different day than was originally told 2. item was absolute garbage (bed frame) was wobbly all over the place 3. technician scheduled to come out weeks after complaint of how awful it was- this was then cancelled on us 20 minutes prior to arrival then waited another 2 weeks to come out. He agreed bed was garbage and it wasn't a defect to this specific item. 4. always took days to weeks to get email response 5. COO finally got in touch with me, Bob Ahern- pretended he cared and would work with us but ultimately did NOT. Would only offer solutions to benefit him despite the obvious poor quality item. Refused to give us refund or discount item . Wouldn't work with us AT ALL. We could either PAY to send the bed back- w/ restocking and truck fee , OR he would give us credit towards another item. Went to store to see options b/c we still would need a frame regardless- almost EVERY bed had the same wobbly issue, we explained this. Found one but he wouldn't work with us on price. Refused to do anything else but give us a "Warranty" on the bed. Would constantly ask what I would like to fix situation then literally refused EVERY option that would be a happy medium. Normally I don't like to blast businesses online, but I feel as though if I can save someone else from the experience I had, it's worth it. This establishment lied to me and completely bungled my order from start to finish. I went in on May 19th to purchase a new bed and mattress. Salesman was helpful in selecting the pieces and didn't try to up-sell us too much, seemed like a straight shooter. I was assured that the pieces we ordered were in-stock and that we could arrange for delivery the following week. He even went to check with a manager on the status of the items to confirm. I work 3 jobs, one of which is full time, so my schedule is limited, I will admit. I had a rare day off the following Thursday, May 26 for delivery and they said absolutely no problem. I would get a call the next day to confirm delivery. No call. I call the warehouse - the man proceeds to tell me that all of my pieces are on back order and it will be at least a week until we can discuss delivery options - they say they might but able to make the Thursday date but there is no way of knowing at the moment. At this point I'm frustrated, but the pieces are literally not there so what can I really do but wait. Then, turns out the staff had accidentally added something up wrong on my invoice. I had to travel back to the store in rush hour traffic to re-sign the papers or risk not getting my bed on the "promised" date. An inconvenience again for a bed I didn't even have yet, because of their mistake. No call the next week. I call to ask what is going on, they say not sure, no news except that the Thursday date is looking unlikely. The staff were always very brusque and unhelpful, not giving any explanation or apologies for our agitation. Not to mention, every single communication had been me calling them, only once did I hear from them to tell me I would hear from someone the Tuesday of the next week (after Memorial Day) to schedule delivery. Of course, I hear nothing. I had to call again. They say that they are expecting the items in early next week, which would push delivery out to June 8th. This is a full 15 business days after I first entered the store. All the woman keeps saying is that they are within their 7-10 business day delivery window so they don't owe us anything, which 1) is mathematically untrue, 2) is not what I was originally told and 3) is terrible customer service. I could go on but this is already very long - after more back and forth the delivery is confirmed for Wednesday June 8th between 10-1. I refuse to take time off to sit at home for a bed, so my mom who is out of work at the moment graciously agrees to waste her day, and what a waste it was. It gets to be 1:30 - nothing. My mom calls the store, they tell her that the drivers don't answer their phones during deliveries and we'll just have to wait. WHAT?? More back and forth, finally the delivery men show up at 4:30 pm, with....the wrong bed!! A Cal king headboard and foot board with queen rails - it wouldn't even have fit together if they tried. They got the mattress right, but what am I to do with that without the frame? My mom calls and asks what I want to do, I say bring it all back and I call to cancel my order. Only then did the manager apologize for our inconvenience and try to offer free delivery, which frankly should have been offered in the first place. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional or incompetent group of people in my life. This story does have a happy ending. I went to Pilgrim furniture June 12, and my bed was delivered today on June 15, exactly when they said it would be and it's (gasp) even the right bed!! And it was a few hundred bucks cheaper too, I happened to hit a really great sale. It worked out for the best for me, but please save yourself the headache and go straight to Pilgrim if you're in the market for some new home goods. read more
