Today, I was assisted by an older gentleman working as a cashier; he spoke to me rudely, essentially telling me--in a very unprofessional manner--to place my items on the counter so he could ring them up, even though that is *his* job. He did the exact same thing to my mother; when he checked her out, he was incredibly rude and racist. He didn't hand her the receipt or her membership card directly; instead, he just left them sitting on the counter for her to pick up herself. They need to hire people who actually enjoy working--not elderly individuals who are rude and inconsiderate.

I followed up no luck. Anyways it was an expense for me to have my phone replaced. My opinion, I feel that management should at least assist by reviewing their cameras.
