Dwight was very patient in showing a variety of washing machines that are similar to the one that needed replacing. We found an excellent one by Whrilpool. We agreed on a time and day their team would deliver the washer. Sure enough it was delivered as promised. They also hooked it up. The delivery was free. If you would like for them to dispose of an older, large appliance they can do that for you. I have been genuinely impressed with the selection at P.C. Richard & Son, their all around customer service and their product.

It's been 2 years since my first follow up inquiry wherin I politely asked him for an update, adding that I understood he may have been backlogged and/or had other issues. We all have our priorities. But I never heard back from him with an explanation of any kind. I don't know it'll ever get done at this point. In the meantime I've lost interest in my cassettes. They're just sitting there while streaming music has become a better option. Most of the time I can find what I need. The guys that work there are mostly kids or young men and women and usually don't know anything about electronics so you have to be prepared when you go in. I think radio shack has become mostly about selling cell phones so it's not like it used to be. I hear that Radio Shack headquarters is going to have to close a few hundred stores so I'm hoping this won't be one of them. It has served me well for many years. I miss the old days when they had the battery club. LOL They gave you a card for free and you could pick out one free battery a month. They would punch the card each time you picked one up. I used to get a free 9 volt every month.

She is now a manager close to her home of New York, of which she will be greatly missed. So now I have made friends with a sales associate named Kyle. As young as he is, to me he is the male version of Victoria. Took great care of my mom when she got her iPhone 6 upgrade. According to my mom even though the store was busy he took care of her and the customers. Showing her how to work the phone. Oh boy now my mom is the texting queen, Selfies and all! Yikes!! They pretty much told me that its NOT their problem, I've have 2 statements with NO fee now this months statement has a statement fee. That was NOT in the agreement, I was suppose to have NO fees as long as I paid in full for 6 months. I have budgeted for 6 months and on my 3rd statement I have a statement fee. I was never told I would get a fee for having a statement and P.C. RICHARDS didn't want to help me. For a Family owned business they really don't care about their customers. I in the past bought a washer and dryer from them and knowing how important to me is to buy local and family owned, my next purchase of a Refrigerator and dishwasher or anything else will not be purchased there because they are not honest people and they do not care.
