Nearly 3 years later I've not received any update whatsoever about when it would be completed. It's been 2 years since my first follow up inquiry wherin I politely asked him for an update, adding that I understood he may have been backlogged and/or had other issues. We all have our priorities. But I never heard back from him with an explanation of any kind. I don't know it'll ever get done at this point. In the meantime I've lost interest in my cassettes. They're just sitting there while streaming music has become a better option. It's certainly more reliable, and my nostalgic feelings regarding my history with cassettes has faded as I no longer have my Nak. Who has taken away my enthusiasm for the format? We were not accosted immediately upon entering, but allowed to wander among the rows of refrigerators on display. When we located the model we'd seen online, the salesman was quick to get our sale completed and our delivery set up. Delivery occurred three days later, and that's where the dissatisfaction began. Our delivery window of 1-4PM got later throughout the day, and delivery finally occurred at 5:15PM, during dinner time and a substantial rainstorm. No courtesy call to let us know they were on the way; I just happened to look out my window and there they were, unboxing my fridge in the rain. Had they let me know they were en route, I could've emptied the old fridge and freezer in advance. I don't want to say the delivery guys were inept, but... why unpack the fridge in the truck and carry dripping wet components into the customers' home? Why not carry the box into our garage and unbox it there? Also, they seemed annoyed that I wanted to wipe the rain off each piece, thereby slowing them down; they didn't bring a ladder and had to use our step stool; and in their haste to get it installed and on to the next customer, they left pieces of plastic wrap embedded under the door handles. Plus, they scratched our freezer drawer. Nice fridge that's working well (a week into ownership), but the delivery experience left much to be desired.

I have very mixed feelings about this location. The first…read moretime I came here (back in September), I was told that if I dropped my phone off before 3pm it would be fixed the same day. I arrived a little after that, and my phone was repaired and ready the next day with no issues -- so my first experience was positive. Four months later, my screen started malfunctioning with no physical damage, which should have been covered under warranty. I scheduled an appointment online for Monday, drove 30 minutes, and when I arrived the store was closed, even though both the website and phone system still said they were open. There was no notice or update. I called the next day before driving there again and was met with attitude about them not notifying anyone they had been closed. When I arrived later that afternoon around 4:15pm to drop off my phone, the entrance still wasn't shoveled. I had to climb through snow just to get inside. The next day, I was charged $99 by my insurance because the claim was automatically changed from "warranty" to "accidental damage," even though the repair was not accidental. (This was done by the insurance company, not the store.) When I went to pick up my phone, I was told my SIM card tray was missing -- which was not true, as it was in the phone when I handed it over. It was inside an OtterBox-style case that snaps together, so it couldn't have just fallen out. The employee I originally gave the phone to claimed it was never there, while the employee helping me at pickup (who was much kinder) offered to order a replacement. I ended up ordering one myself because either way I would have had to wait two days -- but if the store ordered it, I would have had to drive 30 minutes back to pick it up. It made more sense to just pay the $6 and have it delivered to my house. That said, I want to give huge credit to the second employee who helped me with the insurance issue. He spent nearly an hour on the phone fighting with the insurance company, dealing with dropped calls and transfers, all while still helping other customers, just to make sure I wasn't wrongly charged. He didn't have to do that, and I truly appreciate him for going above and beyond. Because of him, my experience went from incredibly frustrating to being handled with genuine care and effort. I just wish the overall process, scheduling, and communication, was more consistent and professional.

Friday I call and was told by this same associate that only my screen protector was there, not my husband's but was confident it would be in Saturday. Saturday we went to the store (the original person I spoke with still wasn't there) but the one I had been speaking with since was. He went to get the screen protectors and apologized but the my husbands still hadn't arrived. He then proceeded to apologize with package in hand for reading the box wrong and in fact did not have my protector either! I explained these were being ordered by (P) and expected Thursday and today were told you have neither. He did apologize and stated he would tape a note (wrote it down in front of us) in the back and would order our protectors and call us immediately when they arrived. Its been two weeks!!!! I'm done with them and do not recommend this store. I feel its poorly managed. If they can't handle a small simple issue, I feel sorry for anyone with a major concern! We pay for this insurance through our cellular carrier and this is the less than basic service we are to experience? DO BETTER!!!
