Nearly 3 years later I've not received any update whatsoever about when it would be completed. It's been 2 years since my first follow up inquiry wherin I politely asked him for an update, adding that I understood he may have been backlogged and/or had other issues. We all have our priorities. But I never heard back from him with an explanation of any kind. I don't know it'll ever get done at this point. In the meantime I've lost interest in my cassettes. They're just sitting there while streaming music has become a better option. It's certainly more reliable, and my nostalgic feelings regarding my history with cassettes has faded as I no longer have my Nak. Who has taken away my enthusiasm for the format? Electronic Service Labs. I wish I would have not bothered to think about having a seemingly minor transport repair done. I arrived a little after that, and my phone was repaired and ready the next day with no issues -- so my first experience was positive. Four months later, my screen started malfunctioning with no physical damage, which should have been covered under warranty. I scheduled an appointment online for Monday, drove 30 minutes, and when I arrived the store was closed, even though both the website and phone system still said they were open. There was no notice or update. I called the next day before driving there again and was met with attitude about them not notifying anyone they had been closed. When I arrived later that afternoon around 4:15pm to drop off my phone, the entrance still wasn't shoveled. I had to climb through snow just to get inside. The next day, I was charged $99 by my insurance because the claim was automatically changed from "warranty" to "accidental damage," even though the repair was not accidental. (This was done by the insurance company, not the store.) When I went to pick up my phone, I was told my SIM card tray was missing -- which was not true, as it was in the phone when I handed it over. It was inside an OtterBox-style case that snaps together, so it couldn't have just fallen out. The employee I originally gave the phone to claimed it was never there, while the employee helping me at pickup (who was much kinder) offered to order a replacement. I ended up ordering one myself because either way I would have had to wait two days -- but if the store ordered it, I would have had to drive 30 minutes back to pick it up. It made more sense to just pay the $6 and have it delivered to my house. That said, I want to give huge credit to the second employee who helped me with the insurance issue. He spent nearly an hour on the phone fighting with the insurance company, dealing with dropped calls and transfers, all while still helping other customers, just to make sure I wasn't wrongly charged. He didn't have to do that, and I truly appreciate him for going above and beyond. Because of him, my experience went from incredibly frustrating to being handled with genuine care and effort. I just wish the overall process, scheduling, and communication, was more consistent and professional.

I was told, in a dismissive tone, I needed to go to Manchester (about 30 min away) as they did not have a tech on staff to fix a Xbox. I asked why no one had called me to let me know they would be unable to fix my xbox at this location, before I drove 45 minutes to get there. I was told by the worker that he has hundreds of appointments and can't look at all of them. I told him a quick look would have shown an Xbox repair that they would be unable to service. His overall tone was dismissive and showed a complete lack of customer service. I went out to the parking lot and set up an appointment at the Manchester location, and was pleasantly surprised when someone called me from there within minutes to verify my repair request. Again, in my mind, disproving the claim from the worker at the Newington location being unable to keep track of what appointments are upcoming. I would like to add that, weirdly, the floor was covered with small bits of old food. Very disgusting. Overall, the customer service and cleanliness of this location is lacking.
