We switched from Verizon and couldn't be happier. Our service has improved, we are able to make and receive calls from home, and our bill has gone down. We are also saving money with our Netflix subscription, and paid off our old phones. If you are thinking of switching, consider working with Rachael E - she is amazing!

I also signed up to have our two phones back with T-Mobile and wasn't told about certain charges that you incur from switching. I have returned and talked a two managers and was told I would have an answer in the next few days. So far 5 days and no call. Will return Tuesday and maybe get some answers. It's not right that you're not told the whole story about different fees and charges when you sign up. I am really disappointed after receiving a bill for over $250.00.

The first time I went to that store was late afternoon where I attempted to transfer from boost…read moremobile with my iphone 7plus to metro for the 25 dollar a month promotion they told me it was not possible to transfer with my iPhone 7plus ,and that I would have to buy a new phone ,what they didn't realize was that my brother had completed the transfer with his iPhone 7 at another store after they spoke to him on the phone they reversed it by saying they had made a mistake I let that one go giving them the benefit of the doubt ,3 days ago I go there to inquire about a phone upgrade I showed them my iPhone 7 Plus telling them I wanted a iPhone 11 with a 6.5 inch screen at which time I was told iPhone no longer made 6.5 inch screens ,and that is the reason they only carried iPhones with 6.1 inches ,and if I wanted that upgrade, I declined ,and thru research online saw that also was a lie since iPhone 11 Pro Max does come in a 6.5 inch screen .It seems clear to me that this authorized dealer deals in false information to deceive you into buying what you don't want ,but rather what they have in stock strictly to boost commission I will not go to this dealer again I can only hope that Metro will speak to them, and properly correct their behavior.

I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra that I destroyed the screen falling in my driveway on ice (bruised ego). I had called around other places first, and the quotes were matter-of-fact and no detail. I didn't feel confident with them. I called Larry and he explained everything. Why my screen repair was more expensive (curved edges), and that I was going to get a genuine OEM part from Samsung. I paid the deposit, and a little extra for overnight shipping. Went in the next day, and within 40 minutes, my phone was back looking and acting brand new. It was so much better than spending $1500 on a new phone. I already have recommended Geek Bro Repair to friends and family. Larry is knowledgeable, and doesn't try to upsell you on any extras. It was refreshing to have ALL my questions answered.

I was quickly approached by an associate, got the necessary information and later picked up my phone. From beginning to end, everything went well. Soon after, we stopped in to add my husband to my family plan. Although this was a long and time consuming process, the associate was pleasant throughout the whole experience. So glad to have this Verizon location nearby!
