April gave me You Tubes phone number stating, they have to credit my You tube accoun. I spoke to Miles at You tube (who was wonderful) who informed me that could not touch Frontiers platform. MIke's stated in the line while I called Frontier once again, and we spoke to Celina who said I was misinformed by Supervisor April regarding a credit for You tube. Celina then did offer me 50% off at $42. I would prefer paying tribe to Xfinity then ever usubf Frontier again.

I went in to get a new phone as I had broken the back of my phone earlier in the week. I was told in Groton T-Mobile that there was no way to do it and I would have to open an insurance claim, get a new phone via my T-Mobile insurance plan, then bring in the new phone to be able to get a new one. The said T-Mobile would not accept a trade in of my broken phone (everything works, no cracks on the front, the back is just cosmetically broken). We left. Went to Waterford, was told that what I was told in Groton is absolutely wrong, and was helped to order a new phone with a trade in of my old cracked one. Again, just go to Waterford.
