First, the store is immaculate. Everything is in its own place and easy to navigate ... Even the shoe clearance area is well organized and I never have trouble locating shoes in my size (these areas are disasters at comparable stores). Today specifically though, we had such a great interaction at check-out. The gentleman (Mike, with glasses) was so helpful and made sure we maximized our shopping experience. He was courteous and patient and kind and my husband and I were so pleased with his customer service approach. It is by far the best customer service experience I have had at the Nike store in the many visits I have made. It just took my whole opinion of the store up a notch.
