We decided to return it because it is brand new and we are unable to use it. Horrible company to deal with! My husband received his CPAP machine and supplies unfortunately…read morethrough this company. The machine and humidifier have not worked correctly since the day we received it. Each time we call we are left on hold forever and have left three messages to have a manager call us back. We have yet to hear from anyone. This morning I called asking for the address to ship the equipment back and the only concern their phone rep had was to let me know we would be charged for shipping and we would be continually charged for the equipment until received. Total disregard for the issues we were having. The only time you hear from this company is when they constantly call you wanting to ship new supplies. I use a different company for my BiPAP machine and they are wonderful to deal with. Do yourself a favor and make sure your sleep doctor refers you to anyone but J&L.
