Lo and behold, I did find a pair that I really, really liked on Tuesday. I went home and tried to find them online, but to my luck I couldn't find them anywhere. When I came back on Thursday and was approached by a sales associate asking if I needed any help and I told him the exact pair that I wanted. He bent down and looked in the drawer where all of the new fresh pairs were kept. He takes out a pair and says oh these are them, and I said "no, I'm sorry they're not, they're not the right color." He said, "yes they are, they are the same model number as the one you just showed me." (Rodinara MK5009). I told him that through my research I noticed that there are four pairs they go under this model number, but they are just different colors (Silver, gunmetal, rose/pink, and gold). He said, "oh well, we just go by the MK4digit here." You could tell he was getting slightly flustered because it was apparent that I was more knowledgeable in the product that he is supposed to be selling to me. Thankfully not too long after, we found the exact pair that I wanted and I went up to the register. During checkout, I felt extremely rushed. I understand it's supposed to be a quick transaction, you know, the usual swipe your card, sign, etc., but it just seems like he couldn't wait for me to leave so that he can move onto the next potential customer. Nevertheless, the store is incredibly clean, welcoming, and thankfully stocked.

Now that everyone and their sister owns a Coach bag, I've moved on to MK. I don't always find something I like, but sometimes I hit the jackpot. The staff obviously work on commission, because they fall over each other trying to help you. Which works out well for the customer because they are so eager to please. Last time I was there, buying a lovely spring bag, an employee simply overheard a conversation I was having with my husband and ran over with a wallet that doubled as a wristlet. Exactly what I was looking for! You can't beat that. Make sure to stop by the management office first for the AAA coupon book, and you'll save a little more.

Finally on the second time to the desk (after waiting 45 minutes) they said we'd be called next. 5 more minutes and finally called for the 1st part of the visit (this was supposed to be a quick follow up for pressure) and sent back to the waiting room. Over an hour to see the doctor which is ridiculous for any visit not even considering the patient is 98! Will be reporting to Medicaid, Aetna, and to the referral doctor. Stop overbooking!! Worst service i have ever seen.
