Amber was super attentive and showed us tons of what she had, she even just made regular conversation and was super sweet. She cleaned the glasses for us as well. First off lets start by saying that we went to buy them but they were crooked so they were going to get delivery to my house. Okay no problem, we pay for them and then Sara the cashier realizes she messed up and did a regular sale. She then returns them & tries to do a new sale, clearly the vanilla visa gift cards declined after because the money doesn't get returned instantly.... but you're telling me 14 days and I still don't have my money back? Nope, definitely not happening. Lawyers are called because customer service tells me i have to go to the store because there's an error and she messed up! First i live in New York, definitely not doing the drive again. Two, i have receipts as proof!
