When I called to report my situation, the woman at the front desk told me I needed to "give it two weeks" for my eyes to adjust. When I told her that I was having trouble reading or using a computer with the glasses, she suggested I move the object farther away until the text became clearer--completely ridiculous advice for prescription glasses. When I asked to speak with or schedule another appointment with the doctor, she refused and instead put me on hold, never returning to the call and finally I was disconnected. And surprise, no one ever called me back. The level of this group's unprofessionalism was shocking. Bottom line, the glasses were expensive, and I can't even use them. I plan on calling my insurance company, my credit card company, BBB and I am researching an eye care association or board to file a formal complaint. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
