The staff was rude and lacked any real knowledge or customer service skills AND my prescription was wrong (I cannot see out of them). When I called to report my situation, the woman at the front desk told me I needed to "give it two weeks" for my eyes to adjust. When I told her that I was having trouble reading or using a computer with the glasses, she suggested I move the object farther away until the text became clearer--completely ridiculous advice for prescription glasses. When I asked to speak with or schedule another appointment with the doctor, she refused and instead put me on hold, never returning to the call and finally I was disconnected. And surprise, no one ever called me back. The level of this group's unprofessionalism was shocking. Bottom line, the glasses were expensive, and I can't even use them. I plan on calling my insurance company, my credit card company, BBB and I am researching an eye care association or board to file a formal complaint. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. I wish I had read their reviews before I went--it would have saved me both time and money.

After waiting three months and multiple excuses why the glasses weren't ready we cancelled the order and requested a refund. It took almost another two months and multiple calls to finally receive the refund. In addition the store manager lied to my face about trying to call me on several occasions. The customer service was a negative 10! After 3 weeks I never got a call that my glasses were ready! They make you pay upfront and say 7-10 days for completion... lie! I had to call to arrange my pick up. Then the glasses were not dispensed properly either! Just hand off with no checking fitting on my face or optical reading of small print. Just handed glasses that had fingerprints all over lenses... I had to ask B to please clean them! I was lucky to get a case for my new glasses! With all this negative experience I decided to reach out to corporate by email. I got a response from a Laura V (cc Mary and Karen)with a request for me to show her proof of my benefit and EOB WHICH THEY HAD! I provided her with my benefit with Spectera and requested copy of my EOB. It's now almost two weeks since my response to Laura V. I have received NO RESPONSE from Laura V., or any other person from Cohen optical. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
