They were very kind when I brought the online glasses in for adjustments. Yes, I had the excellent and free eyewear adjustment. Two years ago I had an annual exam at their Old Country Road address, and that was for reading glasses. I returned to their storefront very recently, I'm still waiting for my new eyewear to come in , and that was for my exam. Now their eye exam is the next level with new and up to date examination technology and a friendly examination tech. So they get five stars for being so close and for representing the exam with an efficacy above average standards.

I also talked to Dr. Rodriguez about contact lenses, and he gave me great advice on how to maximize my budget. America's Best is my favorite local office for regular eye doctor visits. There is this woman Named Christina that works in the Deli Department who is just so Nasty and unprofessional. I have had her cut my cold cut a few time but never again. If I see her working behind the counter I just walk right past it. The whole time I have shopped there not once did i have an employee argue with me and tell me I was wrong. Just cause she was complaining about her day to a customer inline behind me I guess she didn't hear me or something. I asked for 1 pound of Chicken ( the younger kid behind the counter even said I have it. I will leave it out for you) she gave me 1 pound of turkey. When I told her I didn't ask for turkey I asked for chicken. She told me no you didn't you asked for turkey. We went back and fourth for a few second until it took the two people working with her to say "no he asked for chicken" that's when she stopped. Everyone else is great in the deli and has always been a big help. I have went to the front desk on her and still every time i go she is still nasty. I went into the store intending to shop for accessories and heels, but unfortunately left without purchasing anything because of the way I felt I was treated by several employees. When I entered the store, the employee who appeared to be responsible for greeting customers did not acknowledge me or offer any assistance. Instead, I immediately noticed that she was watching me closely. As I continued browsing, I felt that I was being followed and monitored throughout the store. At one point, two other employees came near me while I was shopping and appeared to be talking and whispering to each other. I also noticed that other customers were shopping without receiving the same level of attention that I was receiving. This made me increasingly uncomfortable and gave me the impression that I was being singled out. When I went to look at a pair of heels, an employee approached from behind me. After I touched the shoes I was interested in, her demeanor made me feel unwelcome. I ultimately put the shoes back because I no longer felt comfortable making a purchase. As I left the store, I felt that the employees were continuing to watch me. I am American Latina, and while I cannot know what the employees intended, the difference in how I felt I was treated compared with other customers made me feel that I was being treated differently because of my Hispanic/Latina background. I have never experienced this type of treatment at the Riverhead Outlets before, which is why this experience was especially upsetting.

Since he left, there has been one mishap after another.. all of a sudden medicines that we don't take are showing up on our account. medicines that we take are not getting filled and we're not being told why or given the option to go to another Walgreens in the area in order to fill it. they are careless they and doing their job correctly. When you bring up some of those grave mistakes that they've made, they just shrug their shoulders and say "Next". I'm removing all of my business from this place and I really hope this is one of the locations that does go out of business because it's a liability for anyone to rely on them for their medicine.

The pharmacist wants to be friends with everyone and not their boss. Multiple complaints made to upper management and nothing done. They tried to do harm to their own in pharmacy by placing crates behind people they don't like. The store manager Eric was horrible to his employees and made them feel belittled. I hope who ever hires the store manager in a new place does not put up with his shit. Stay away if you can there are plenty of other stores out there.
